PENUH :(

Uda ke PIK, rencana mau makan malam di UNION di PIK Avenue.
Sudah cari parkir lumayan susah karena terbatas parkiran, ini juga restoran UNION nya penuh.

Saran aku kalau mau datang kesini pas jam-jam makan, datang pagian untuk reserve.
Kesini uda aga malem dan jujur cuma pingin kuenya. Rasa Ube.

Alhasil aku hanya takeaway Ube Cake ini.
Untuk lokasi restoran UNION ini memang oke strategis dengan keadaan lampu yang remang-remang. Ada perbedaan antrian jika kamu hanya mau membawa pulang deli/pastry mereka.

Kemudian untuk rasa Ube Cake ini, selalu konsisten. Dan lebih enak dimakan saat kurang lebih 15 menit setelah dikluarin dari chiller.

Will I go back here? Of course!

Gw selalu pesaran sama red velvet dia & kue ungu dia. Tp karna kue ungu cuman ada d union yuks lha qt cobain dl yang ungu. Ntar baliq lagi baru qt cobain yang laen...

Cukup enak. Apa lagi kalo pecinta tales pasti demen banget ma ni kue... Tapi buat yg ga demen tales pasti bakal blg ni kue ga enak. Karna gimana juga cukup bau tales seh kue-nya.

Baliq lagi ntar ga mao cbin kue nastar. Temen gw bilang enak itu... Btw gw foto-nya ancur banget... 😭. Karna tgg gw plg baru foto. Jadinya ud ancur brantakan dia... Ntar kunjungin union kudu foto lagi 😝

Ube Cheesecake & Corn Latte

Ube Cheesecake is my new favourite cheescake from the brilliant Creation of UNION Deli, its the idea of Pastry Chef Karen Carlotta. The cake is so moist, love every layer, the custard, nuts, soft sponge and of course the purple crumble really made my day!! with a lovely Macarons on Top and little flower as the decoration. It really worthed wait for 1 hour just to get a taste of this delicate Ube Cheesecake, i think i will come again for this yummy cheesecake, and unfortunately for people outside north, its only available in PIK Avenue, such a good marketing strategy, the mall itself must be grateful for the crowd from UNION loyal customer.

Corn Latte taste okay, my friends said it was a bit overrated, i simply choose Es Kopi Susu rather this latte with cornflakes and corn candy. *LOL*

Fried rice with lapciong, it was my friend who order, she said it taste not good, as the seasoning not too strong, a bit bland, i think they need to improve more and the portion is too small, it suits for woman stomach size, not for man.

Cafe shop favorite gw nih, UNION! Cafe ini terkenal dengan kreasi red velvet cake mereka yang fenomenal, dimiliki oleh Chef Andhika Maxi dan Karen Carlotta, outlet mereka di Jakarta bisa ditemuin di banyak mall. Kali ini mereka keluarin menu baru yaitu Ube Velvet dan Kopyor Cake. Untuk Kopyor Cake sendiri baru tersedia di outlet PIK Avenue. Namun untuk Ube Velvet udh ready di outlet yang lain. Selamat mencoba!

Cozy n Beautiful Cakes

Pertama kali cobain union yg di pik, setelah sekian lama tertunda kesana yg ktnya selalu waiting list n ga kedapetan ube velvet cake kl dtg kesiangan. Di bagian depan ada bakery nya yg ngelayanin beli cake n roti. Buat yg mau takeaway bs lgsg ke depan aja. 

Jd dtg ksana agak pagian sekitar jm 11an. langsung dpt tempat yg sofa. Spti nya ud banyak yg reserved meja sebelumnya. Ada waktunya cm 2 jam boleh duduk dr waktu datang. 

Ada 2 smoking n non smoking tp ttp aja gabung tmptnya. Bau rokoknya ttp tercium di non smoking. tempatnya terbuka gt ga pakai ac, di pinggirnya ditutupin gorden2 gt aja jd ga kerasa panas n tetep adem. 

Krn mau nongki cantik aja jd pesan cake n teh aja. Cake yg bikin penasaran bgt, ube velvet cake n red velvet cheese cake. 

Ube Velvet Cake (65K) 
Ube Velvet Cake nya cantik bgt warnanya ungu gt. Warna nya dr ubi manis gt. Dr rasa nya berasa kelapa di bolu nya. Rasanya jg lbh light dr pd varian cake lainnya. Di tghnya ada kyk kacang gt, n ada macaron kecil diatasnya. I like the colour n the flavour a lot.💕 

Red Velvet Cheese Cake (Lupa Harganya) 
Cake ini sama kyk Red Velvet Cake tp bedanya ada cheesenya. Cheesenya berasa banget. Tp kl dibandingin sama Ube Velvet , cake ini rasanya manis bgt. 

Ukuran 1 cake potongannya cukup besar jd bs dimakan sharing dg teman2. Biar ga eneg bgt si. Bukannya pelit. hahaha... Cocok Bgt sambil minum teh anget. YUM!

Ube velvet!

Ubeeeeee velvet! 
Finally cobain dong, setelah sekian lamaaa tiap ke pik avenue ga pernah dapet selalu keabisan, disuruh tunggu 2jam (ga sanggup), hahaha..
Dan belum ada di Union manapun baru ada di PIK Avenue aja sedangkan ke PIK juga jarang (sediihh..) - tapi sekarang uda ada kok di beberapa union jadi don't worry! 
Seperti biasa cake cake di Union pasti enakkk ya salah satunya ube velvet ini, dan menurutku enak banget, manisnya pas, terus ada crunchy2nya dari almond di tengahnya! Enaaak banget, cakenya besar jadi makannya mesti sharing jangan makan sendirian bisa sugar rush hahahahaha.. Tapi ini enakkk beneran kayaknya aku bakal beli lagi deh kalo ke Union lagi. Hahahha..

Sama minumnya aku pesen es kopi lokal, mahal banget menurutku ga worth it deh, dan terlalu cair (terlalu banyak es batu), jadi pas lamaan dikit rasanya jadi kayak aer bukan kopi..

Cake cantik

Union punya cake baru , ube velvet , penampilanya cantik dengan warna ungu dan hiasan bunga kecil dan macaroon di atasnya

Untuk rasa, saya lbh suka red velvet , ini terlalu manis buat saya , dan lapisan yam nya juga terlalu pekat

Kali ini saya juga coba minuman baru mereka, corn latte, rasa jagungnya lumayan terasa, tapi perpaduan dengan susunya pas jadi enak sih

Red Velvet is still the best

Agak telat sih cobain kue ube velvet cake dari @unionjkt karena cuma ada di @pikavenue dan gw emang jarang ke daerah sana.

Tapi ga sia2 jauh2 ke sana, cobain cake yg lg booming ini.

Ga terlalu manis dan lembut banget.

But sorry to say, for me the best is still their red velvet cake!!

Selain itu, favorite gw adalah escargot 🐚 nya, ini selalu ada dk list pesenan gw, karena enaknya kebangetan!
