Dateng pas jam lunch dan memang tempat makan ini selalu rame. Pelayanannya cukup bagus dan sigap. Cuma agak terganggu dengan musik yang diputar, karena bassnya kekencengan. 

Kali ini gw cobain pastanya yaitu 

-Seared Scallop Aglio Olio, Spaghetti, Garlic Confit, Chilli (125k)

Pas pertama keluar ky gk ada rasanya / hambar. Akhirnya diganti dengan yang baru dan baru berasa. Scallopnya fresh dan tingkat kematangan spaghettinya jg al dente. 

-Pork Crackling & Bacon Lardons, Spaghetti, Alba Truffle Cream (105k)

Ini agak terlalu berminyak. Kayaknya krn daging babinya yang dipake masi berlemak banget, jadi minyak2nya sampai keluar banyak gt. Rasa creamnya agak bikin enek di suapan terakhir. 

-Life is Good (55k)

Grapefruit and fresh lemon sorbet. Bagi yang suka asem2 seger, boleh dicoba. Tapi kalo di union berasa kebanyakan es nya doank. 

Overall rasa makanannya so so.

RED VELVET ALWAYS

Lagi ngidam nih sama red velvet cake Union. Walaupun kadang khawatir sama pewarna tapi lagi pengen jadi ya gimana dong. Akhirnya ngesot deh ke Union malam2 sehabis belanja di Food Hall. Suasananya kok gelap banget ya mungkin karena dekat Halloween? Cake2nya hampir habis sih tapi masih cukup lah buat 1 kali arisan. Tapi karena ga arisan akhirnya beli 1 slice aja yg red velvet. 70 ribu loh. Ya uda lah. Trs sayangnya ga ada yg nastar sih, kalo semisal ada mungkin bakal tergoda buat nambah 1 slice lagi. Untung ga ada sih. Jadi ya ga makin gendut sampe gimana. 1 slice uda cukup kok buat cemil2 malam dari kulkas bolak balik. Kalo besoknya masi sisa, bisa tuh buat dessert abis sarapan. Enak deh.

Ube Cheesecake & Corn Latte

Ube Cheesecake is my new favourite cheescake from the brilliant Creation of UNION Deli, its the idea of Pastry Chef Karen Carlotta. The cake is so moist, love every layer, the custard, nuts, soft sponge and of course the purple crumble really made my day!! with a lovely Macarons on Top and little flower as the decoration. It really worthed wait for 1 hour just to get a taste of this delicate Ube Cheesecake, i think i will come again for this yummy cheesecake, and unfortunately for people outside north, its only available in PIK Avenue, such a good marketing strategy, the mall itself must be grateful for the crowd from UNION loyal customer.

Corn Latte taste okay, my friends said it was a bit overrated, i simply choose Es Kopi Susu rather this latte with cornflakes and corn candy. *LOL*

Fried rice with lapciong, it was my friend who order, she said it taste not good, as the seasoning not too strong, a bit bland, i think they need to improve more and the portion is too small, it suits for woman stomach size, not for man.

Cafe shop favorite gw nih, UNION! Cafe ini terkenal dengan kreasi red velvet cake mereka yang fenomenal, dimiliki oleh Chef Andhika Maxi dan Karen Carlotta, outlet mereka di Jakarta bisa ditemuin di banyak mall. Kali ini mereka keluarin menu baru yaitu Ube Velvet dan Kopyor Cake. Untuk Kopyor Cake sendiri baru tersedia di outlet PIK Avenue. Namun untuk Ube Velvet udh ready di outlet yang lain. Selamat mencoba!

Kecabang yg ini dah 2 kali, yg pertama mesen yg biasa Red Velvet, kedua kali cobain Ube.

1. Red Velvet, juara dimana2 ga usah di tanya.

2. Ube, teksturnya rame si. Ada cream, ada kacang, ada crunch gt, ada yg moist kayak cake, ada yg padet moist, ada yg padet kering.
Kurang cocok sama lidah aku.

3. Long Black, ini kok kayak 2 teguk terakhir kayak mnum espresso?

AMBIENCE
Sebenernya pewe. Cuma pintu pemisa outdoor indoor kadang di buka luas apalagi weekend. Ga bisa bedain hawa nya sama2 pnas.

SERVICE
Lama, kue lupa dikeluarin yg Ube sampai kopi dah gada uap lagi.
