Varian Azalea ini merupakan special seasonal cake dari @valleeneuf untuk menyambut Chinese New Year. Ada 2 ukuran nih guys, yg ukuran individual size seperti di foto dan ada juga untuk sharing. Untuk tekstur majorly ada 3, crunchy dari cookienya, smooth dari mousse nya, dan soft-spongy dari cakenya. Dimulai dari paling atas 👀 perpaduan antara mousse dan ice creamnya somehow mengingatkan team sama rasa bika ambon🤣 mungkin karna lidah kita" itu lidah nusantara banget hahaha! Wanginya sendiri padahal semerbak banget sama Jasmine nya. Untuk earl grey nya betul" infused ke bolunya, meskipun hanya cicip sedikit tapi rasa earl greynya terasa betul. Sedangkan cookienya tipikal hard cookie yg wangi rempah. Overall jadi pengalaman unik karna perpaduan dari ingredients di Azalea ini yg jarang kita temui di cake lain, plus bentuknya lucu bikin ga tega saat dipotong😌

Uda jadi inceran se-LAMA itu..dari yang dulunya cuman satu ruko, eh sekarang jadi dua ruko. Pas masuk ke dalam, spacious banget. Super PW buat nongkrong sama temen-temen. Adem pula. Tapi jangan lupa menjalankan prokes ya.

Gw dateng sore-sore, dessert yang di shelf nya uda pada habis hiks. Mau yang mango2an padahal, tapi cuman ada Earl Grey Mousse. Yauin gw cobain. Penampilan ga diragukan lagi : CANTIK SEKALE!! Dessert kek gini nih, yang perlu banyak teknik. Kecil-kecil cabe rawit. Rasanya enak, earl grey nya berasa ya. Manisnya juga balance, dibantu oleh pahitnya dark chocolate ganache. Mousse nya lembut dan fluffy. Overall, a quite decent dessert they put up. Lain kali ke sini lagi, buat cobain dessert cantik lainnya.

What a hidden gem at Gading Serpong! Seriously, if you are looking for a place to chill, just go over here. The Cafe is so cozy, you just wanna sit there all day long and dont wanna leave! Simple interior design but spacious and give you warm atmosphere. They have outdoor area as well if you are smoker. What a perfect spot for hang out with friends or meet up for meeting. Great music, friendly service, wide variety of menu, and best part: parking is free! What more can I ask for? 

The Cafe is a Japanese-influenced French patisserie shop. The owner is the pastry chef. She is a Japanese graduant; very friendly. Frankly speaking, I am quite picky with desserts but can I just say it here that their cakes are AMAZING!!! Once you eat it, you just cant stop. I came here quite often so I tried almost everything. My personal favourite is Mango Yoghurt and Earl Grey Mousse (their signature cake). They also sell dessert jar or they call it as Delicieux Pot. My personal favourite is Regal Earl Grey and Brownies Cream. Their Strawberry Shortcake is also delicious and its their best-seller product. If you want to try one, I highly recommend you to come earlier or simply contact them by IG or WA to book as they sold out pretty fast. They also sell baked sweets like chocolate sable, earl grey sable, sugar cookies and high tea sweets. SO GOOD. One is NOT enough. If you see one, just make sure you buy them as it is not always there. 

Price wise, it is worth every penny. You can tell that they use premium ingredients and put so much effort into their product.

Stopped by small cafe at gading serpong area, bought a japanese cheese cake for 40k. The servant was kind and helpful tho.
It was nice, like the caramel topping on top area, but in my opinion the portion was kinda small
hehe

A party without cake is really just a meeting. So, always prepare cake at our simple party table. Today's cake are from Vallee Neuf, one of the best cake collections for me.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE (60K) - indulge in a jar of heaven with this delightful berry shortcake, the crisp, crumbly, extra sourness from the strawberry, sweet creamy from the cream and cake itself is perfect for me. The portion is big too, worth it! (10/10)

Ordered some of their best seller cake: EARL GREY (48K); HONEY LEMON RARE CHEESECAKE (48K); SALTED CARAMEL (48K); MANGO (48K). My top 2 would be their earl grey (it has hints of lavender and bergamot oranges which is uperb good. It's definitely my favorite. Smell and taste uhmazing!) and also the mango (sweet and sour, simple yet delightful. Just can't stop munching from the first spoon.

Dessert yg enak banget dan harganya yg bisa dibilang murah banget dengan desser yg presentasinya sebagus ini. Overall worthit banget.

Ini kue bukan cuma lucu doang, tapi beneran enak. Kayak yang rudolph itu coklat karamel, coklatnya bener2 pekat dan masih ada taste pait nya, jadi ga bikin eneg. Trs crunchy bgt kue bawah nya, dalamnya masih isi coklat. Yg earl grey nya ini sih the best banget! Se wangi itu dan se berasa itu earlgrey nya, dalemnya kayak mouse gitu sih, makin enak bawah nya ada biskuit nya jd menambah rasanya, bikin ada garing2 nya gt. Pelayanannya juga ramah, tempatnya super myamaann apalagi makin gede abis d renov.
