Taste: Absolutely recommended, not only about the tasty porridge but other dish are good too. Overall the cuisines are cooked well done with perfect and tasty seasoning.

Scenery: Just like other chinese restaurant, but they are sure only offer halal menu. Just Place is quite dark.

Price: much reasonable, especially for really good dish, this could be good price.

Service: Good enough, all the waiter are stand by ready around. and they do served food quite fast.

Cleanliness: As chinese and family restaurant, they do make sure all tables are clean before customer coming and as i mention they are working fast.

By the concept, they serve various of traditional coffee also with modern coffee. Among the coffee, they also serve bunch of Indonesian food e.g. Nasi goreng, bakmi goreng or others similar dish. Restaurant is categorized by two spot which is non-smoking area and smoking area.

But in fact, two area doesn't have any walls or separated which is you could smell the smoke from the other side. At first i found out the waiter is friendly and nice but what sad is, he is kind of lack information about the menu. I need to twice to ask what special menu they have.

This time i only try the Salted Caramel Latte which is recommended with star.

I am shock what come out is coffee in plastic glass just like what i baought usually at the Starbucks, coffee convenient store. Good thing is, even though bad presentation, coffee has really great flavor. It is balanced between sweet caramel and bitter of coffee.

While at here, i also have dinner by Nasi Goreng (fired rice).

Such a huge portion for person, it is completed with fried chicken, chicken cubes, pickles, fried egg and crackers. It sure have great taste, well seasoned. Chicken also crunchy and well seasoning.

Overall, this place is more recommended for having coffee while hang out with your friends, thay have nice food too, but for typical Indonesian dish, i think they have bit overprice.

It is located not far from Sabang street, Central Jakarta. We know this area has been crowded with many eateries also office and department store. Actually The Fame is same located with Martabak Boss, one of hits martabak spot in town. From the street we may see a huge bright with lights signage which is really clear about this restaurant.

similar with traditional warteg, i saw a various cuisines ready when we came in the restaurant. But in here we also available to order ala carte from the menu. They also serve various of satay with many kind of sauces we may choose. 

At first, i found out some waiters are not capable enough to explain about the menu like example how many skewer on one plate also how many piece the squid in a portion. At least took about 15 minutes for us to order our food.

First dish come out is the Chicken Satay with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce. Another mistake is i was order Chicken Satay with Mango Sauce which is out of stock, then i change it to Padang Sauce. In fact, what came out is not what i expected. But good thing is this thai sauce is not bad at all. satay is using breast part of chicken, i like it though even it is taste like grill chicken breast than a grilled skewers. Don't forget to dip it in the sauce to get spicy sweet taste since the satay is plain.

Next dish is Salted Squid. It is sauteed squids with shellots, chili and onions. It is really salty, so make sure you order white rice to eat along with it. But the the squid have too tight texture, not tender enough.

Last dish i order is sauteed bean sprouts with salted fish. First came out, it is smells really good. Beautiful bean sprouts with bright color and fresh perfect with golden brown of salted fish. It is taste good, really match with the rice and i am sure recommended for this one.

They have a various kinds of meatballs i.e. beefball, fishball, shrimpball then bean curd, Korean tofu, premium beef slices, homemade noodles, also bunch of vegetables.

Other special is they have 20 kind of sauces, i even couldn't remember it all. As expected we may having various taste from sweet, sour, salty, or spicy sauce which our preference.

Normally in shabu shabu restaurant we are sharing one pot together for abous 3 or 4 persons. But in here, the rule is one pot is for each person which is i may have my own pot to cook whatever i'd like to. They also have various of soup taste like original chicken broth, tomato, curry, special fish soup, and herb mushroom.

As Chinese theme, soup doesn't really tasty as usual soup we found in town since originally in Shanghai people don't really like using much of seasoning on their soup which is they prefer it warm and plain. That is the reason why we could have many kind of sauces to get more taste. So don't surprise if you find the soup is not tasty enough than common shabu shabu restaurant.

The best dish i must recommend is the beef slices, they really do it well done. Thin slices of beef with tender texture, fresh absolutely my favorite. Also the noodles is really good, chewy and soft texture also it has nice taste.

Each meatballs of course have different taste, as you can imagine how beef, fish and shrimp absolutely have difference. Overall, foods are good, sauces are fascinating and what they served absolutely great. Even though it is not all you can eat restaurant, but if you're looking for taste and quality of ingredient, Dolar Shop Resto is absolutely recommended.

They are make sure all are using fresh and premium ingredients with consistency of procedure and serving.

As recommended, i am ordering for the famous Seabass in Curry. Anyway they only served the fish head in thick curry sauce. It absolutely huge size of fish head, actually it is not my favorite part of fish, but for text my curiosity, this is a must dish to try in here.

Not so much of it, but meat of this fish is absolutely great. soft texture with rich taste such delicate. The curry also taste awesome, with balanced thickness, it has great seasoning and herbs cooked well done with the fish.

The rest, i took a fried quail bird. It just tiny of bird served on plate, i think i prefer chicken alot. the sauteed potato with prawn is good, spicy taste with great prawn sure tasty. Don't forget they also have various of vegetables and chili e.g. red chili or green chili which your preference

For note, you are not going to looking simple and economical dinner in here. Even though they are just typical eatery with fan but they sure put high price on the menu especially on huge head a seabass.

After work, long day and tired is moment where i'd like to have a quick, simple, huge and delicious. After a hour meeting at Plaza Indonesia, i am heading to one of Burger spot at downstairs, It is not difficult to find this place which is you could see a huge letter signage "Fat Burger".

The place is not really big, maybe around 10-12 tables. For quick choice i choose Blackpepper Classic Burger.

It has lovely sweet bun with beautiful sesame seeds consisted of tender beef patty, nice color and it sure tasty also juicy, i could finished it in 10 minutes.

Another burger i have is Classic BBQ Burger.

This one it quite different, other than the flavor, this burger consisting of vegetables and tomato. But i do not taste a BBQ much, it is too plain actually than the previous one.

After two burgers, i also having a waffle fries, as normally fries it has crunchy bites of it. But what i love it the chili sauce absolutely different than normally bottle sauce i bought at the store. It has more delicate taste. 

Only about seafood here. Especially Crab, they are offering start from little crab until giant one. It available with various sauces depends on what your preference, mostly strong spicy but you could make a request about the hot level.

I love it, crab really tasty and has nice texture. clams also great, cooked well done in the sauce. It also complete with carrot slices and also corn. Place is really small and quite hot when crowded. 

What special is food serve on table without any single plate which is unique and fun. Price is sure reasonable.

The Cup Food, it is located around Pantai Indah Kapuk area where we know a food hunting territory. This restaurant has cute bright concept at the interior as common PIK restaurant mostly have fancy, bright theme. In here, The Cup sure only served various of Korean cuisines only.

Before starting our main course, we are welcomed by small plate of macaroni also fresh kimchi.

Both sure made me has more sense to have food. Macaroni has sweet taste and lovely, as expected kimchi is spicy enough. Then as first try, i am sure want to try best hits dish that they have. I order Spicy Seafood Jjampong. It is fresh noodles served in hot and spicy assorted cream topped with mussels and complete with the vegetables. Dish sure looks really red and it has strong spicy flavor and sour as basic of Korean food.

Noodles has nice texture, mussel also taste great and it is fresh. But i assure you, it is really spicy, just be aware.

Another dish i have is Sundubu Jigae, which is clams, oyster mushroom, soft silky Korean tofu with assorted seafood spicy stew. It served along with the white rice.

I really love this one, the dish has thickness of stew blended well along with the seafood and other ingredients. It is really tasty, and perfect with the rice. I am sure recommended for this one.

Don't forget to try the Soju, typical of Korean drink. It is contain of alcohol but in here they served it with various of flavor. This time i try for the Yoghurt Soju. It has sour flavor with little of sensation. It served in tiny little glass. It is good after dinner.
 

The place is considered small... and it always reservation needed during weekend. Food is quick served on tables, noodles is just like instant noodles we may found around supermarket.
The soup has spicy sweet and sour taste, it is should be good in rainy season. The pha jeon is just fine as fried egg with bunch of minced beef and shrimp.
The kiwi juice is good, not really a kiwi, more to tea with kiwi essence. Price is normal i guess, good for me do have a voucher discount
