One of the famous porridge hawker in Bandung: Bubur Ayam Mang H. Oyo! The hawker has been in the business since 1970. They have a different style of porridge as it Is thicker than the usual. The price is vary from 18k - 23k, based on the toppings you add (egg, chicken liver and heart, shredded chicken, and cakwe). You can also add some side dishes such as mendoan and chicken skin.⠀

Truffle Beef Burger (100k)
It is oke of the newest menu from Pancious. It is a beef burger with truffle oil, portobello mushroom, egg, and french fries.⠀

Mie Pangsit Kuah (46k)
Surprisingly, they served good noodles besides theri famous kwetiau. The noodles has a thick pork flavor but it is too sweet. Another good thing is you also get fried pork skin. ⠀

Not Diet Today (60k), Fried BBQ Pork Bahn (55k), Sunshine Caramelized Pork (110k)
They have a great variety of fusion cuisines. They also put great care of the taste. For example, in Not Diet Today menu, they put a plain coconut ice cream to complement with the very sweet chocolate lava. They also add a fresh mango salad on top of caramelized cripsy pork to give the freshness while I enjoy the pork.⠀

The Fat Boy (128k)
It is two eggs in your choice, bacon, pork sausage, mushroom, potato hash, and a toast of your choice.

Martabak (95k)
It is three-layered pancake with chocolate sprinkles, grated parmesan, condensed milk, topped with Brooldfarm vanilla ice cream and vanilla milk sauce. The pancake is very fluffy and the milk and the uce cream are not too sweet. ⠀

Aglio Olio Chicken (50k)
It is an aglio olio with seasoned chicken breast and chilli flakes. For me, it is quite spicy and the aglio is a little bit undercooked. But, overall the taste is quite nice.

Salmon Pesmol (67k)
It is white rice tooped with seared salmon, pesmol sauce, and spianch chips. It has a unique blending taste between salmon and pesmol sauce.⠀

Rice Benedict (68k)
It is a butter rice served with egg benedict, chicken cutlet, spinach, beef bacon, and mushroom sauce. The portion is really generous and it tastes quite good.⠀

Green Chilli Pork Pasta (59k)
It is quite a unique menu as a fusion between Indonesian and Italian. They fused cabe ijo into the spaghetti. It tastes quite unique and very spicy. But, I enjoyed their crispy pork the most. It is very crunchy and juicy.⠀
