Here were new menus from @narajkt starting from entree, main course, and desserts. The Mentaiko Creamy Soba was very creamy and the crispy fish skin gave a crunchy flavor to the soba. I also liked the juicy and tenderness on the pork belly in Soft Pork Belly with Cous Cous, it melted in your mouth. And for the desserts, I liked the presentation of Hojicha Tiramisu. It was made of vanilla sponge cake, hojicha cream, and genmaicha sabayon.
