Henshin - Hotel The Westin Jakarta

Datang kesini kebetulan selesai hujan, jadi untuk area outdoor nya ditutup sementara waktu huhu untuk suasana nya yang pasti cocok untuk sekedar ngobrol dan kumpul sama temen.

Untuk harga sesuai lah ya sama kemewahan yang di dapat, dan karena weekday jadi tanpa reservasi bisa langsung masuk. Pelayanan nya juga sangat ramah, untuk pilihan menu tentu lebih banyak pilihan cocktail dsb, jadi saya pesan mocktail dan cemilan aja, rasanya ok dan harga sesuai kualitas.

My Japanese teacher recommend this place to me, so let's try! First impression, so pretty! Immerse with the great view from 68th floor, I'm speechless. Their service are so professional and excellent as expected from fine dine restaurant. Honestly, this place is one of the most split review I ever heard so can't wait to see which side am I.

For their rolls, I ordered:
1. Go wild with the ACEBICHADO (190K) - combination of fried shrimp, tuna, avocado, tiger's milk cream AND YEAH FANTASTIC execution dish. So unique yet delicious, never taste that kind of rolls before but kinda love it! (9/10)

2. HENSHIN (270K) - unagi, fried shrimp, spicy lump crab, avocado, ikura. I guess HENSHIN are the real fusion sushi' specialists, with every sort of classic ingredients and imaginative (combination sauce) flavours you couls ask for. This 8 pcs rolls totally my fav dish in here, so nicely execute and I eat 6 alone (my mom only eat 2, sorry mom it's so good!) (10/10)

Basically, we're already full because many ppl say it comes with a small portion. But as we already ordered so here it is. For the hot starters, I ordered:
3. LANGOSTINOS AL AJO (180K) - shrimp, garlic puree, katsuobushi crackers. This one is another unique dish, but I should admit that this one is pricey because it comes super small. But the taste I should appreciate that their garlic puree is great and unique. The crackers are crunchy! Just the portion is too small (7/10)

4. CANGREJO (170K) - soft shell crab, asparagus, pomelo. Okay this is the downside part for me. Too dry and I couldn't taste the pomelo. Upside - great asparagus and big portion. And we do takeaway at the end because we can't manage to finish it (6/10)

As a dessert lover, it's not me if I don't order dessert:. Because I'm too full, I ordered the fresh one which is: SAGO PINA COLADA (80K) - sago pearls, pineapple compote, coconut jelly, pineapple sorbet, pineapple chips. Another best dish, lots of elements in one small plate, each of their elements got their own different texture and taste but suits well in one hap! (8/10)

And for the complimentary dessert (celebrating Mother's day), I guess it's nikkei cheese cake (90K for free yay!!) - hokkaido cheese matcha sponge with chantilly. Surprisingly I love this one better than the pina colada. So japanese, the thick basic matcha combines perfectly with the cheese. And it's for free so yay! PERFECT (10/10)

Okay, so I think it's really depend what you ordered and what palate you are! This fusion is totally unique and different from what I taste at most Japanese restaurant (I think that's why the chef is not Japanese), but they really success in terms of serving all rolls & dessert

Resto yang ada di lantai 67 Hotel The Westin ini tempatnya bagus banget! Pemandangan langsung ke lampu" dan gedung-gedung perkantoran yang ada di Kuningan, oke banget deh buat foto-foto meskipun tempatnya agak gelap. Makanan disini agak pricey tapi rasanya enak kok worth to try  Buat kalian yang biasa makan porsi gede pasti kesini gak bakalan kenyang Cocoknya untuk makan cantik ala-ala aja. Pelayanannya cepat dan ramah banget. Ohya, sayangnya disini gak boleh foto makanan pake kamera profesional jadi buat foodies yang kesini ngumpet" aja fotonya

Beruntungnya saya bisa makan malam di salah satu fine dining restaurant yang memilki view yang bagus banget.
Berada di lantai 67 di sebuah gedung di daerah Kuningan, bisa terbayang dong bagaimana serunya bersantap sambil melihat kota Jakarta dari ketinggian yang penuh dengan lampu.
Untuk ambience ruangan juga bagus banget.
Pesan beberapa menu makanan :

- Camarones
- Beef Sukiyaki
- Mango Aqufresca

Untuk taste makanan gak usah diragukan..semua OK.
