Honey Lane

This hype cafe all started from a couple name Mona and Oci, they work previously in a company which is specially take care of honey as a procurement. So they start a company which sell organic honey name Honey Lane. Until the creative idea pops up in 2018, they open a cafe which sell Ice Cream and drinks with honey. Wow so creative and let support local product!

A Good Quality Honey produced from Local Farmer in Indonesia, which is carefully selected. This variant honey with less water and no more heating process, so it is Pure and Organic, that why people love Honey Lane. Their option are Whipped Honey and Infused Honey with some flavors like Original, Ginger, Lime,Vanilla and Cinnamon. My favorite Lime, it's like drinking honey water , effortless, no need to squeeze any lime or lemon anymore. Whipped Honey texture more sandy which is quite densed (in a good way), so if you want to scoop the honey, you need a Butter Knife instead of Hexagonal Dipper or Beehive Deeper. While the Infused Honey is like honey with flavors, my favorite is ginger which is taste pretty strong and warm in my throat. The most favorite flavor for kids are Vanilla, it's taste sweeter than the rest of the flavor. FYI if you want to made a drink, please use a warm water instead of cold, because it is easier to stir with warm water. For you who love to made healthy home made food, you can add Honey Lane in your smoothies, overnight oats, bread, cookies, or even just simply drizzle on your waffle, toast or pancake. So easy, delicious and healthy.


Before you decided to buy which flavor that suit your taste the most, there's small jar which availabe for tester with wooden stick. So you can try each of them which is tasty and good for health as well.
New Flavor from Honey Lane is Spiced Apple. The Flavor come from Cinnamon and ginger. I love it so much, since i love chai latte, it's like my cup of tea. The taste quite mild, the texture of the ice cream are very soft, creamy and easy to melt, because it's a Soft Serve Ice Cream. One portion of ice cream include two topping, so i choose, waffle and honey combs. The honey combs taste so good, it is chewy, sweet and organic, so there is no artificial, coloring in Honey Lane ingredients, all pure and 100% natural.

Tropical Paradise


Taste so refreshing, made from Orange Infused Honey, Pineapple Juices, Orange Juices, Lime Juices and Chamomile Tea. Taste sweet, sour and there is a orange bite a lots, and mint leaves. Yummy!

Ini es krim unik banget, manisnya dapet dari madu. Tp rasa base es krimnya itu agak asin-asin gurih 😁

Honey lane ini letaknya di depan xxi, ngga susah nyarinya. Meski berupa booth tapi cukup menyita perhatian saya, selain menawarkan ice cream, drinks juga di jual infused honey in jar.

Saya mencoba Salted Honey Soft Serve, soft ice cream yang di buat dari perpaduan sea salt, milk dan honey. Rasanya unik, manis dan asin, begitu masuk mulut langsung melting saking lembutnya. Suka sekali, apalagi ditambah topping yang menyehatkan, staffnya merekomendasikan bee pollen dan honeycomb yang cukup manis buat saya. Beruntungnya saya datang bareng teman, eh berkat ajakan teman juga ini hehehe. Karena porsinya cukup besar bisa untuk sharing.

Selain itu pesan minuman Tropical Paradise dan Sunset Cabana. Saya lebih suka dengan minuman Tropical Paradise,ada sensasi ginger infused honey, orange juice, pineapple juice dan lime juice juga chamomile tea, seger banget.
Sementara teman saya lebih suka Sunset Cabana yang lebih aromatic menurut saya, ada rasa cinnamon dari cinnamon infused honey-nya, selain itu mengandung orange, black tea dan honey jelly.

Nyari Honey Lane ini agak nyasar saya, tnyata lokasinya di Lippo Mall Puri 1 sementara saya kira adanya di Mall 2. Tempatnya hanya berupa stand saja, dan disini juga jual madu2 khas mereka serta berbagai bentuk honey dipper yang lucu2. Disini kita juga bisa tester madu2 mereka. Awalnya mau coba brown rice soft serve, sayangnya yang ready hanya salted caramel saja. Saya pesan : 

-Salted Honey(48k) : cupnya besar dan dapat 2 topping, menurut saya ini worth it sih. Saya pilih topping bee pollen, honeycomb, dan mango blossom drizzle. Utk rasa eskrimnya awal2 aneh krn agak asin, tapi lama2 nagih krn ga bosen dimakan. Mango Blossom honey ini enak banget, tapi sayang tdk dijual versi botolannya krn hanya seasonal saja. Utk bee pollen ga gitu ad rasa,lebih ke arah tekstur krenyes saja, dan utk honeycomb sih enak lembut gitu. 

Overall eskrim ini recommended banget. Ukuran cupnya besar, sehat pula, dan makannya bisa utk sharing2. Next time mau cobain brown rice soft servenya juga.

Ada es krim baru di lippo mall puri dia es krim pake madu jadi pake pake pemanis buatan. Lokasi nya sendiri ada di deket xxi lt 1.

Untuk menu yang saya pesan salted honey es krim pake topping honey comb ama cocoa nibs ama madu cinnamon.

Untuk rasa es krim soft, madu nya enak apalagi ada honey comb nya. Kalo cocoa nib mirip kayak kacang tapi rasa coklat

Harga nya 48rb aj.

Cara sehat menikmati es krim, dan juga enak! Honey Lane ini menyajikan soft serve ice cream, yang sangat lembut, dengan topping madu. Tidak hanya madu cair yang sudah diolah, tapi juga ada honeycomb atau potongan sarang madu dan bee pollen.

Saya dan teman selain icip salted honey soft serve, juga dua minuman—tetap mengandung madu pastinya—yang ditawarkan Honey Lane, yakni tropical paradise dan sunset cabana. Harga 48 ribu rupiah untuk salted honey soft serve menurut saya wajar. Porsinya besar! Ngemil es krim ini berdua teman enggak habis-habis, padahal waktu itu kami belum maksi lo.

Rasanya juga enak. Sesuai namanya, tidak hanya manis, ada sensasi rasa asinnya. Selain madu cair, boleh pilih 2 topping lagi, jadinya kami pilih honeycomb dan bee pollen biar pol rasa madunya. Kalau ingin variasi rasa bisa pilih topping lain, kayak cocoa nibs, crumble, atau coconut. Tapi harus banget deh pakai honeycomb, enak dan pecaaah di mulut.

Sudah jauh-jauh ke sini, sekalian deh icip minuman khas Honey Lane. Sunset cabana, campuran cinnamon infused honey, orange, black tea, dan honey jelly adalah kesukaan saya yang penyuka aroma kayu manis. Sementara teman saya lebih senang dengan tropical paradise yang segar, dengan campuran ginger infused honey, orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, dan chamomile tea.

Honey Lane juga sedia madu dalam kemasan botol yang cakep, kayak cinnamon infused honey yang dipakai untuk minuman sunset cabana, ginger infused honey, vanilla infused honey, ginger whipped honey, dan original whipped honey, dengan harga berkisar di antara 80-100 ribu rupiah.
