Cake nya lucu lucu bgt!! Pesan noisette, ini enak bgt, coklat bgt, buat pecinta coklat sih ini wajib coba!! Sayangnya harganya agak pricley... tapi wort it bgt!!

It was my honour and pleasure to try this super beautiful dessert called Pandora Christmas on the 1st chapter of 2018, it's called Pandora, as the inside of the red ball was so excellent! It was something that i never been exeperience before, the sensation that #tingling my mouth and tounge such an orgasm mouth, that is exactly like fireworks. The same feeling when i was kids, that i used to eat a candy which burst somehow like an electric *lol*. Bring me a childhood memory and it was suprisingly unforgetable.
Love the soft dark chocolate mousse, which is pretty intense compare to the white chocolate which is milky and sweeter. The red ball, is something like Popping Jelly that burst a soft fruity jelly, almost like gastronomy cuisine, (i can say its a dining feeling of dessert) and the brownies really compliment and complete the dishes, of course with a touch of edible flowers give a lovely frame.

Its makes me feel abit 'galau' (confuse) which photos should i post, cause honestly all the angle are so pretty. I can even spend like 30 minutes to just take a shoot from many angle, and finish the dessert in 15 minutes. Oopss i expose my brutal honest truth moment. Well i love it so much and such a blessing to try Pandora as today is their last day of serving.
i tried the Carrot Cake, its so pretty, love the orange Vibrant. Inside of the cake is mousse and cream, with gelatine on top to cover the top surface. It also come in bigger size which cost around 365k, another flavour like Banana Hazelnut, etc looks so Good. next time i would like to try the Choux.

ini namelaka emang selalu enakkk kue''nya ga cuman cantik tapi rasanya juga ga mengecewakan, ini aku cobain :
- vanilla choux : biasa vanilla pasti warnanya putih ya tapi nga di namelaka loh. chouxnya warna hitam hihihi tapi di dalamnya ada vanilla filling yang lembut dan enak banget.

- nastar tart : ini juga enak bngtttt pineapplejamnya banyak dan crumblenya juga bikin  nagih.

NAMELAKAAA!! Veryy eye-pleasing nihhh kue-kue disini..
Bagi yang suka jajan, terutama makanan manis, kudu cobain kesiniiii!!
Tapi jangan sering-sering sih pesannya Agen Kuliner 🕵🏻‍♀️, hihihi karena harganya lumayan mahall..
Tapiii.. Ada harga yaa ada kualitas yah. Keliatan banget sih, kue-kue disini itu premium banget.

Kemarin kesini pesan :

1. Noisette Cake
Noisette ini cake cokelat dengan campuran rasa kacang macadamia. 🌰
Pas cake nya di belah ada cokelat leleh di dalamnya.. Aduhduuhhh..
Hmmmm yummy bangeettt deh pokoknya.. kudu cobain‼️

2. White Chocolate & Raspberry Choux
Choux (atau bahasa lokalnya itu "kue soes") dari Namelaka itu banyaaakk banget pilihan rasanya, sampe bingung mau pilih rasa apaa.. 🤔
Akhirnya pilih si white chocolate & raspberry ini, karena emang dasarnya Agen Kuliner 🕵🏻‍♀️ suka berries 🍓🍇sihhh HAHAHA 😆 .
Enakkkk bangettt rasa choux-nyaa.. Lumer di mulut filling cream-nya, lapisan luarnya pun renyah dan crumbling perfectly. 👍🏻 Tapi karena ada cokelat putihnya, jadi manis banget rasanya.

Aneka cake yang sophisticated tak ubahnya sebuah mood booster seseorang dalam menyantap makanan. Itu juga yang saya dapati ketika berkunjung ke Namelaka. Mencicipi sajiannya, saya memesan Chocolate Cheesecake. Lapisan bawahnya adalah olahan biskuit cokelat yang crunchy.

Kemudian di bagian isi ada vanilla cream cheese mousse yang sedikit gurih dengan paduan baked chocolate cheese cake yang memberikan karakter manis. Tak ada rasa yang berlebihan pada sajian ini. Semuanya berharmonisasi baik and it was truly delicious!

Namelaka is a cake shop located at shophaus Menteng alongside with other shops. Specialized in Choux which is a French puff pastry with variant of fillings inside it. Ordered a Mango Lassi Choux and a cup of Earl Grey Lavender Tea. The choux came with a big size, with yellow color white chocolate and some cream on the top of the choux. When I sliced through it, the mango cream burst out from inside. The cream itself has a mango fragrance and yoghurt flavour, not too sweet which I liked it. The Earl Grey Lavender Tea was also fragrance with a hint of lavender aroma between it. Will come here again to try the other Choux, I'm looking toward it.
