Pizza Maru

Coba Pizza Maru di Grand Indonesia. Dari 4 macam pizza yang dicoba paling suka dengan Cheesy Maru Oppa. Doughnya sendiri ada campuran green teanya tapi ga terasa juga sih. Tampilannya paling meriah dibandingkan dengan pizza lainnya dan kaya akan rasa juga. Pas dilihat keterangan menunya, wah pakai 3 macam saus ternyata. Rasanya sendiri cocok dengan lidah orang Indonesia dengan topping berlimpah.

Selain menu pizza kami juga coba menu ayam. Potongan ayamnya ternyata cukup besar. Buat yang ga mau tangannya kotor juga disediain sarung tangan plastik biar bisa makan ayam dengan tenang. Kulitnya crunchy dan dagingnya juga empuk. Saos Honey Butternya sendiri juga enak rasanya dengan rasa manis yang pas. Menu ayam berikutnya yang dicoba dengan rasa Garlic Chanjeong. Beda dengan ayam yang sebelumnya dicoba, untuk ayam yang ini dominan rasa gurihnya. Tekstur daging ayamnya juga sama empuknya. Jadi ya kembali lagi sesuai selera masing-masing

CHEESY MARU OPPA (regular - 95K) - maru spiced chicken, smoked beef, onion, mushroom, broccoli, cherry tomato, alfredo sauce, bbq sauce, sour cream sauce and mozzarella cheese. Baru pertama kali coba green tea dough and surprisingly enakkkk. Ga terlalu enek walaupun toppingnya keju berlimpah ruah. Love it (9/10)

REAL CHICAGO PIZZA (regular - 200K) - double mozzarella cheese, string cheese, beef pepperoni, tomato, parmesan cheese, icing sugar and tomato sauce. Their strawberry jam on side is really genius! dan pizza jenis ini terbuat dari black rice dough. Enak pake banget yg versi ini.. will be perfect kalau icing sugarnya dikurangin karena terlalu manis ujungnya. But overall, YUMMY! (9/10)

STEAK CHICAGO PIZZA (regular -220K) - double mozzarella cheese, string cheese, beef steak, korea style bulgabi, beef pepperoni, tomato, parmesan cheese, icing sugar and tomato sauce. Kurang suka yang versi ini, enak cuma terlalu banyak jenis beefnya jadi tumpang tindih. Untung ada strawberry jam yang bener2 penyelamat sih! (7/10)

GARLIC BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA (regular - 95K) - marinated chicken, smoked beef, onion, mushroom, garlic, bell pepper, steak bulgabi sauce cherry tomato, mozzarella cheese. With additional special crust (GOLD EDGE - 25K) - a combination of sweet potato mousse and 2 types of cheese. Kalo yang ini dough standard tapi yang bikin menarik crustnya pake sweet potato and not all restaurant could make a really great one! yang ini enak sih, ga terlalu enek ubinya dan compliment well with the pizza. (8/10)

KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN? YES, PLEASE :) I do order their HONEY BUTTER CHICKEN (6pcs - 85K) which look very appealing. Aduh ku jatuh cinta sama fried chicken-nya. Not too sweet or salty, just perfect! That crunchiness is on point! (9/10)

KIMCHI BULGOGI TOWER (90K) - bulgogi beef, roast kimchi, bell pepper, onion, cabbage, mushroom, seaweed. Not a fan of kimchi tapi yang ini aku bisa makan. enaaaak dan kimchinya juga ga terlalu pedes. Komponennya ga tumpang tindih dan sausnya bikin keseluruhan jadi pas! (9/10)

SHRIMP OIL PASTA (85K) with onion, mushroom, garlic, butter, shrimp and parmesan cheese. This is simple but packed - full of flavor. Price is a little bit high compare to other but it’s okay. (8/10)

Overall love their dish that been serve. Delicious pizza, yummy fried chicken and the other food is good as well! Can’t wait to try other dish beside pizza!

Akhirnya nyempetin ke GI buat nyoba pizza ala korea ini. Servicenya excellent. Makanan juga keluarnya fairly quickly.

Menu yg saya pesan:
1. Cheesy maru oppa dg special crust: bite edge.
Isi pizzanya ada potongan ayam, smoked beef, onion, jamur, brokoli, tomat dg topping saus alfredo, saus bbq, sour cream dan mozzarella cheese. Untuk bite edge, isinya sweet potato dan keju.
Untuk rasa: sukaaa . Pizza ini rasanya manis gurih. Tapi yg paling saya suka sebenernya bukan isinya 🤭, tapi bite edgenya. Enak banget. Pinggiran roti dg isian sweet potato mousse dan kejunya, the best!.

2. Steak chicago pizza
Isinya ada: double mozzarella cheese, string cheese, beef steak yg dipotong kecil2, pepperoni, tomat, parmesan cheese, saus tomat. Terus dikasih selai strawberry buat saus cocolannya. Untuk pizza ini, beef steaknya keras dan aga alot. Tapi untuk topping2 lainnya terlebih kejunya yg tebal melimpah ruah 💃 plus rotinya yg wheaty flavor, soft and chewy, terus dicocol sama strawberry jamnya itu, enak banget 😭.

3. Flaming gangjeong.
Korean fried chicken. Ini walaupun gambarnya merah membara, tapi ga pedas menurut saya. Kulitnya garing dan untuk rasanya enak sih tapi ga stand out.

Tempat baru yg lagi hitz dan diomongin orang orang nih, kali ini aku datang untuk coba:
1. Cheese maru oppa : ini adonan pizzanya menggunakan green tea, terasa berbeda dengan pizza biasa sih, tapi gak begitu terasa green tea nya, tekstur pizza nya lebih kayak adonan dengan gandum gitu.
2. Koren surf and turf : yang ini juga sama menggunakan green tea, diatasnya ada udang tapi kecil kecil banget, gak seperti yang di gambar.
3. forest milo bomb : tampilannya unik dan rasanya manis

Overall untuk rasanya agak seperti pizza hut, tapi tampilannya lebih cerah

Tempatnya cukup nyaman dan pelayanannya juga ok, makanan datang tidak terlalu lama

Why you will love it ❤
1. Get the green tea dough! You probably think it is weird at first. What. Green tea on my pizza? But the taste is actually very pleasant with a slight hint of sweetness you do not get in other kind of pizza.
2. The dough itself is beautifully crafted. Not too thick and not too thin, just right.
3. Good service and ambience is quite nice.

What could be improved 🙏
Initially came to try the chicago pizza but turns out it was rather pricey and we were not too hungry. Ended up getting the green tea dough, it was quite good value for my dough. Next time perhaps would try the chicago pizza though. Hey, look I rhymed twice in a row, okay I will stop and end this show.
