Having birthday lunch with my family. OMG totally blown away by their food's quality. I do literally experience mouth-watering authentic Japanese cuisine - started from their finest sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki, robatayaki and tempura bar.

That live cooking station is really attractive and you could see how they cooked the beef and other teppan and veges into perfection! And the service is great!! The place looks sophisticated with the black and white theme. As I go at weekend so I know it would be full of people but still catch the cozy vibes. For the food, I see loooots of delicious food clearly exposed and wondering what should I take.

And the one that catch my eyes definitely:
Sashimi pizza consists of fresh salmon sashimi, veges and spicy mayo on top of thin 'crisp' pizza crust

Several kind of sashimi from salmon, tuna, mekajiki until smoked duck. Gonna admit all fresh and their quality control is amazing

The Grill: lobster ulala so juicy, fresh and sweet; all that kind of beef and unique fish (never tried before) that perfectly grilled. And gonna admit that is the best clams I ever eat!

Assorted tempura: omg lot of different kind of veges and ofcourse the prawn itself, still crunchy and they could make delicious tempura sauce!

Last one, absolutely that eyes-drooling dessert. No room for any ice cream or fruit, but their cakes are too tempting - the most memorable would be their coffee hazelnut and red velvet! NUMERO UNO 

Tempat yogurt baru buka di lotte katanya super booming di Bandung. Honestly, this is one of the best frozen yogurt in Jakarta and surprisingly the sugar level is super low (about 3.5-4.5%)
compare to other froyo at Jakarta.

Dari segi pelayanan oke banget, antrian panjangnya gangerti lagi tapi mereka cepet banget prosesnya. Penjelasan on each menu juga oke banget dan harganya super terjangkau (setengah dari so**sal**, dan mereka buka persis disebrangnya wow!). So, karena tempatnya jauh jadi yauda sekalian cobain menu2 mereka karena jujur menarik2 sih.
ORIGINAL YOGURT (25K) with longan and nata de coco topping - jadi froyo mereka pake greek yoghurt yang kandungannya 2x lipat lebih besar dan kadar gulanya hanya setengah dari yang biasa, jadi lebih bagus untuk dikonsumsi daripada yogurt biasa. Dan topping mereka itu rata2 buah, yang saus cuma 2 itu pun saus buah jadi gulanya pasti jauh lebih sedikit. Dan jujur karena less sugar perna coba froyo luar gasuka banget tapi CHIA-YO froyo ini enak banget dan ga enek samsek 

BLUEBERRY LONGAN YOGURT DRINK - ini paling membekas di lidahku. Banyak banget yang bikin yogurt drink tapi jarang yang menurutku enak. Nah aku gatau 2 rasa lainnya gimana tapi yg blueberry ini bener2 seger, manisnya pas, ada asamnya juga. ENAKKK BANGET SIH 

YOGURT MOCHI (15K/each): ada 5 rasa: berry, lemon crunch, lemon, chocolate & plain. Aku cobain semua kecuali lemon krn pikir mirip lah dengan lemon crunch. Wagelaseh enak banget ini, tingkat beku yogurtnya menurutku pas, mochinya lembut. Dan menurutku yang paling enak itu chocolate sm lemon crunch. Untuk yang lemon asem gitu dengan add on crunch jadi pas. Kalo yang coklat juga dikit banget tapi bold rasanya jadi buat anak2 kalo gasuka asem bisa makan yang ini 

Aku hari ini uda keliling mall buat cobain banyak makanan dan malem ini ada acara lagi jadi ini hanya selipan untuk mengetahui basic dimsum di restoran ini.

CHICKEN FEET IN BLACK PEPPER SAUCE (25K) - enaaaak. Bumbunya berasa banget dan chicken feetnya juga lembut. Harganya affordable lagi (9/10)

SHANGHAI XIAO LONG PAO (29K) - enak enak enaaak. Dan wajib banget dimakan kalo lagi panas. Tusuk dikit terus minum dulu brothnya, baru makan pao bareng kecapnya (10/10)

Penasaran jdi pengen cobain menu dimsum yang lain. Sbenernya pernah kesini beberapa kali tapi cuma makan main coursenya dan harus diakui main mereka emang permainan bumbunya jago banget. Dari segi pelayanan uda oke banget sih! Dan suasanya pewe abis, ya paling lampunya sih yang rada remang2 bikin ngantuk but overall nice vibes

BENEDICT X SPECULOOS - OMG can't wait to try all their dessert and hope better be crazily good (fyi, I separate the post from the previous one - main dish to make the scoring part unbiased)
SPECULOOS CAKE (65K) - sponge cake, speculoos buttercream, speculoos crumble. First impression, it looks like original sponge cake. But I'm wrong, full of speculoos flavour and much tastier than it looks. I thought they're using a bit of ginger to elevate the overall taste and I love it. So moist, creamy but not too sweet (9/10)

SPECULOOS BROWNIES (50K) with vanilla ice cream, speculoos sauce, speculoos crumble. Every bite of this fatty dessert worth the calories. And surprisingly it's not overly sweet and portion wise (9/10)

SPECULOOS ICE CREAM PIE (55K) with speculoos sauce and speculoos crumble. OMG THIS IS THE BEST ONE. From the first bite, all the speculoos elements burst into your mouth. The texture is absolutely mouth-melting perfection, taste is incredibly delicious. Gonna say that benedict absolutely nailed it! (10/10)

The service itself is different from the last one (main course) because there's nothing problem in serving the dessert, they serve it fast and looks pretty as well. I think that boba season is not work in benedict (all the dessert are too sweet) but this speculoos season is perfectly execute. LOVE IT !! 

Lagi pengen makan gyudon tapi bosen sama yoshinoya, randomly cari di gojek dan menemukan ada yang baru namanya san gyu. Menunya dikit sih cuma ada 3, teriyaki gyudon; original gyudon sama chicken teriyakidon. Karena lagi pengen makan beef jadi aku pesen ORIGINAL GYUDON LARGE (42K) & TERIYAKI GYUDON LARGE (42K).

Jujur awalnya rada skeptis, pikir bakal dikit gitu karena sering pesen gojek kalo judulnya beef biasa porsinya imut dengan alasan beef itu mahal. Tapi begitu dateng, wow surprisingly porsinya besar dan kenyang banget makan 1 porsi. Bisa diliat digambar itu bener2 full dagingnya.

Kalo dari segi rasa tergantung biasa lebih suka teriyaki tapi kalo untuk SAN GYU aku sangat suka yang original. ORIGINAL lebih terasa beefnya dan jujur beef stock mereka enak parah! Kalo yang TERIYAKI dia unik, karena bukan cuma manis teriyaki tapi ada kombinasi jahenya juga jadi ada extra spice gitu. Ini salah satu pemain baru yang sukses sih buatku!
