    Home made Lasagna

    Home made Lasgana dari Dutch Kitchen, Rasa nya cukup enak, pasta nya al dente saus nya gurih Dan daging sapi nya harum, Ada beberapa bagian intenstine (moon maap mirip tetelan gitu) sedikit kenyal warna putih yg biasa Makan di soto. Overall enak koq, cukup berasa bumbu nya, saus nya mirip bolognese spaghetti. Aku tambahin sedikit saus cabe supaya lebih gurih, maklum org indo suka nya yg medok medok.

    Untuk porsi nya sendiri cukup besar, dikemas di aluminum foil Dan dikasih box mika plastic lagi supaya higienis Dan tetap hangat. Pas sampe Masih lumayan panas enak, jadi Masih empuk lembut gitu tekstur Lasgana 👍 Karena ini home made, bisa ditaroh dikulkas kalau ga habis tinggal dipanasin di microwave atau oven, tapi Karena Kita suka jadi langsung habis deh buat rame2. Bisa buat ide hampers imlek atau Chinese New Year, Karena Ada paket dengan bitter Allen yang terkenal Itu. Cuss buruan pesen skrg jugaa ke Dutch Kitchen

    The Harvest [ Pluit, Toko Kue ]

    Heart Shape Macaron

    Cake edisi valentine guys, lucu bgt macaron nya bentuk Hati (heart shaped Macaron) warna nya pink terus Ada garnish nya gitu. Cantik sekali macaron nya, Rasa nya MANIS, Dan creamy filling inside. Tapi sayang Ukuran nya super mini.

    Opera cake, strawberry cheesecake, blackforest Ada bundling promo di gofood 3 pcs kue 90ribu belum termasuk ongkir. Lumayan bgt ya, paling suka opera cake Karena berasa bgt coklat nya, lumerrr Dan maniss nya pas, Karena dia ini dark chocolate, lebih dominant mousse cake dibandingkan sponge cake, ini jenis kue Favorit aku banget. Lembuuuttt Dan meleleh gitu, coklat nya pekat dan coklat ganache nya Itu super bold thick.


    Strawberry cheesecake
    Ini enak, mania lembut dan super thick creamy. Cream cheese nya pekat dan bagian luar nya di coating dengan krim nyaa lembut yang manis, buat aku agak sedikit manos sih, Dan di torch gitu jadi agak coklat warna krim nya.,di garnish dengan potongan buah Strawberry yang segar sedikit asam, jadi balance sama si cream cheese nya. Seger di mulut dan after taste nya clean, ga eneg sama sekali.

    Blackforest
    Ini jugaa one of nya favorite cake from Harvest. Tipe blackforest modern, jadi based nya Itu sponge kue coklat terus ditengah nya mousse coklat lembut Dan selalu asa cherry sebagai pemanis diatas ya. Sayang coklat piece nyabotu agak lembek, mungkin by the time dari online delivery kena panas matahari ya, jadi harus taroh kulkas biar agak lama supaya dia set lagi, Dan agak firm. Overall lumayan enak sih, tapi jujur aku lebih suka opera cake Dan triple chocolate jugaa my favorite all time 🥰

    Bakesmith [ Sunter, Kafe ]

    Choco baileys salted caramel enak Tapi tipis bgt

    My favorite bakery in North Jakarta, it's Bakesmith. Their signature chocolate baileys salted caramel is the best, super moist and soft cake. The caramel is very tasty, with a hint of baileys flavors, yet not really overpowering from the chocolate. Love it the best in room temperature, so when you safe from the refrigerator, you can let it sit for a few minutes before consumption, so it get soften, but the sad things the slice is super thin, last time I bought the slice was fine and it super duper thin, by the time I want to take picture, it very fragile and too soft to get stand.

    The blackforest cake taste good, soft moist and love the custard between the sponge cake. I can taste the rhum and Chocolate shave is perfect touch as the garnishing, with cherry yummy.

    Triple chocolate is okay, but it's way to dense, and I prefer cake that is soft and moist, maybe they out flour too much in it. Lol just kidding. But the good things is the cake is super firm and good for photo shoot, LOL 😅

    Holland Bakery [ Gajah Mada, Toko Roti dan Kue ]

    Roti kosong manis

    Roti lembut kosong manis Dan empuk. Home made dari Holland Bakery, rasanya enak, meskipun kosong tapi Ada sedikit manis roti nya. Paling enak buat sarapan, kalau sarapan nasi atau mie, roti bisa jadi pilihan yang tepat lho. Aku sih suka gadoin roti polos ga pake selai, tapi enak juga pakai selai stroberi atau meses coklat mentega. Di pangang di atas teflon bentar pake mentega juga enak, yang anchor butter unsalted Itu lhoo, haruumm jadinyaaa..

    BEST CHICKEN WINGS

    Chicken wings terfavorit dari Holywings, ayam nya beneran enak guys. Bumbu nya gurih pas meresap, Dan Ukuran wings cukup besar. Aku cobain yang Rasa habanero mango, katanya sih agak pedes, tapi pas aku Makan oke koq, ga sama sekali pedes, cenderung manis. Tapi jujur Masih tetap suka sama hickory smoked, ini the best mirip bbq gitu manis gurih Dan harum.

    Side dish nya aku pesen jamur goreng tepung nya atau mushroom. ternyata cukup enak, Uda dapet spicy tomato sauce, ternyata enak cocolan nya.

    Kalau untuk ayam Uda dapat sauce aku pilih yang Rasa honey mustard Dan tambah juga cheese sauce, ternyata enak, dengan tambah bayar 7ribu, porsi lumayan besar Dan enak dicocol sama jamur nya. Sekarang paket nya isi 7chicken wings guys, biasa Kan isi 5. Jadi per 7pcs Itu sekitar 60 ribuan something. Tapi sayang banget side dish sayuran nya abis terus pas mah pesen, padahal suka bgt sama celery Timun & wortel nya, dipping sauce nya Itu mirip ranch gitu, creamy enak deh.

    Brownie, cheese cake & matcha latte

    Guyss lagi Ada promo di gofood, diskon 30ribu minimum belanja 100ribu. Jadi aku pesen brownies Dan cheese cake sama minuman nya Matcha Latte.

    Espresso brownies
    Ini wajib pesen bgt, the best brownies from Starbucks. Berasa bgt coklat nya, moist Dan lembut haruumm kopi Dan cukup berasa espresso nya.

    New York Cheesecake
    This is super good cheese cake, cream cheese nya Itu lembut bgt Dan aku lebih suka dimakan waktu suhu ruangan, jadi ga terlalu beku, melted in mouth.. meleleh gitu keju nya, porsi nya pas sih buat sendiri, enak mania Gurih pas Dan ga eneg sama sekali.

    Matcha Latte
    This is my all time favorite, green tea nya cukup berasa, Dan aku request ga pake es, supaya ga watery pas sampe rumah, karena pesen online. Perpaduan teh hijau dan fresh milk nya cukup oke, ga terlalu milky atau susu nya ga lebih overpowering dari si matcha. Sayang kalau take away, ga Bisa pake whipped cream.

    Pizza E Birra [ Setiabudi, Italia ]

    SALAME PICANTE & CHICKEN WINGS

    It's been long time I haven't eat any pizza, finally today I cna get a chance to buy pizza from Pizza E Birra. My all time favorite is the flavors of Salame Picante, with thin crust pizza. The generous amount of melting Mozarella cheese, pepperoni and mushroom super excellent. Me love the typically of thin crust pizza, so it's crunchy and super cheesy . In my humble opinion, no need any tomato sauce or chili sauces anymore, because the pizza already scrumptious and super savory.

    The Chicken wings super good, perfect size, not too small, the chicken is tender, soft and fluffy. Perfect marinated and coated with BBQ sauces, savory and finger licking good.

    It's pizza time guys, good for sharing 2 person, but well I can finish them by myself, with a little bit leftover for tomorrow morning breakfast. lol, trust me I just make a joke, well I can't finish them by my self. Have a great day.

    Caspar - The Orient Hotel [ Sudirman, Spanyol ]

    THE BEST AUTHENTIC SPAIN RESTO IN JAKARTA

    Hello Guys, if you are looking for Authentic Spanish Cuisine. So here’s I have the right answer for you, It’s CASPAR JAKARTA, a Spanish restaurant which located in Sudirman Suites Apartment. It’s under one group with Furusato Izakaya. The main Chef is originally from Spain, and their Signature menu is Paella. What make their Paella special is they use Boba rice, which different size than any regular raw rice, it’s more rounded shaped and perfect for Paella Dish, from Land to Seafood and the portions is good for sharing.

    The meaning of Caspar name is reflected on how people always love travelling and have the signature goodies, and here’s born the concept of Caspar, designed by the famous Interior designer name Bill Bensley. All the window on the ceiling is made from Oak wood and strongly hold by steel, so it’s super safe.

    The staff is super friendly and they nicely explain each menu and recommend the most popular and signature Dish from the Chef.

    Bruschetta
    It’s the appetiser from CASPAR. The ciabatta bread topped with puree tomatoes drizzled with some extra virgin olive oil. The bread is soft, moist and extra light to triggers your appetite to the main course

    Huevo Poche con Setas
    It’s the best Starter menu I ever tried. Consist of potato puree, poached egg and sautéed mushrooms. The consistency super creamy, thick and I rather say it more plain, not salty, yet I can get all the flavours bind together, it melts in mouth. The egg yolk is perfectly cooked, beautiful orange colour, any the time I stab with fork, it’s burst like a river. OH my Goodness, it’s the BOMB!

    Costillar con Pimiento de Piquillo
    After the amazing Starter, let the the main course be the Star of the day. The slow cooked short ribs is super juicy, tender, soft and melt in mouth. Maybe there’s no other word can define how soft it is, part from melt, juicy and no effort to chew the meat, yes there is some fat, but I love them. The perfect Charred Piquillo or Chimicurri sauce super amazing, the flavour is unique and perfect match with the beef. Romaine lettuce is super crunchy fresh and I love the roasted red chilli~ yummy.

    Leche Con Galletas
    It’s the best dessert from Caspar, at first glance I thought it was a Tiramisu, yet it taste super delicious. The cream foam is light, soft and the cookie on the bottom, taste Great., It’s sweet & taste so cinnamon, smells good. And yeah it’s a wrap. Such a luxury brunch experience with CASPAR.

    The dining are is lounge on the 1st floor, private area with some Whiskey collection on the second floor and the other section is Wine collection (but still closed for public), they also have smoking area and outdoor area.

    The bar area for making beverages, such as mocktail and cocktail is very luxury and they have two section.

    Bipolar
    It’s a mocktail drink with a touch of ginger. Again it’s recommended by the waiter and surprisingly, it taste amazing, light fresh and quench my thirst. Beautifully decorated with edible flowers, and the good things about this drink is, it’s perfect after the heavy meal, to reduce the feeling after bloated.

    I am super happy with CASPAR JAKARTA brunch experience, the service was excellent, super friendly, just in time and super caring, they keep asking if the food is okay and wether you want to make all the food serve to be in one time. The customer mostly group of people in casual and some of them are business man. Hope I can visit again to Caspar on the weekend, to enjoy their Live music.

    Pempek Tenny [ Tanjung Duren, Indonesia ]

    Pempek kapal selam

    Uda lama ga Makan pempek, lumayan ngidam, jadi buru2 pesen DEH, untung ad aplikasi online, jadi ga usa ke resto tinggal pesen dari hp. Aku suka yang kapal selam isi telur, bulat (adaan) , lenjer. Lumayan enak sih, berasa ikan nya, Dan empuk kenyal harum. Dikasih ebi jugaa jadi lebih gurih Dan kuah cuko nya sedap, Rasa nya pas. Nikmat dan harga cukup terjangkau.

    Triple chocolate 🍫

    Kue triple chocolate Paling Favorit guys, Ada tiga jeni's coklat yang dark, white sama yang medium dark. Tiba2 nya enak coklat nya, cukup pekat, intensesl Dan manis oke sih, gak lebay kemanisan gitu. Mirip mouse jadi lembut dan meleleh. Jadi kalau Uda Masuk kulkas, better diemin dulu di suhu ruangan 5 Menit, baru dimakan jadi lebih soft. Dekor nya jugaa cantik Ada coklat bentuk Bunga Dan dikasih pan coklat untuk Tulis ucapan atau greeting birthday.
