Tucano's Churrascaria Brazilian BBQ & Buffet

Akhirnya punya waktu juga buat nyobain tucanos! Walaupun sebenernya aku tipikal orang yang gampang kenyang jadi kurang cocok makan ayce daging seperti ini tapi makan disini worth it! Tempatnya gak terlalu luas tapi malah jadi enak karena gak ramai/berisik. Jadi sesampainya disini saya pilih dulu mau ambil package yang mana lalu dijelaskan sama waitersnya ada 3 pin berwarna hijau (untuk free flow meats), kuning (untuk free flow nanas), dan merah (untuk tanda kalau kita sudah stop makan dan tidak order apa2 lagi).
Untuk dagingnya semuanya enak-enak! Apalagi nanasnya woww baru taua kalau nanas di grill lalu ditambah cinamon rasanya jadi enak banget pilihan buffetnya (salad - dessert) lumayan banyak tapi menurut saya rasanya so so sih hehe. Servicenya oke, ramah, dan cepat. Begitu saya taruh pin diatas langsung datang tapi saking cepetnya jadi susah foto Overall puas sih makan disini

Pertama kali kesini & sempet juga buat cobain makanan disini. Cukup penasaran sama makanan brazil, dan yg menarik adalah daging2 yang di porsiin langsung depan tamu. Buffetnya lumayan lengkap, ada appetizer, salad, cake, fresh fruit, etc. Kalo ga salah harganya 268rb++ yaa udah puas banget deh. Dagingnya all u can eat.

Dan... favorit disini sih ada picanha & sosisnya. Nendaaang. Oiyaaa chickennya juga meresap, tender. Yummeh! Must try & worth it

I'm so grateful and happy, finally i can try the best all you can eat Meat in Jakarta. It's Tucano's Brazilian BBQ, where all the premium Wagyu Beef are served aligned, waiting for you to try. Firstly their staff are so friendly, the first time i step into the restaurant, they welcome me so friendly and send me to the table. The Ambience are very cozy and nice interior design, especially the have Wine display, which is so eye catchy.
Tucano's Brazillian BBQ served All You Can Eat Meats from many parts of beef, which is premium and it's Wagyu. The open kitchen concept, give the customer a privilege to see how the meat grilled. They are also some banquet which is free flow, from Salad, Fried Appetizer, Pasta, Rice, Soup, Sauces, Chili, Olives, Desserts and Fruits. Anyway you can also add Wine package which is free flow, only Idr 275.000 ++ 
If you have limited time, simply pick the 60 minutes, which is suitable for employee who works nearby Sudirman or Pavilion. And you are allowed to order by ala carte, by portion of meats.
Here's some name of the meats that i tried"
1. Picanha (Top Sirloin)


This is the best part of Wagyu Beef, which is super thinly slices, and roasted until golden brown and fragrant. This is the part of back (punggung nya sapi), so the meat are very tender, and juicy


2. Alcatra (Sirloin) 
This one are perfect! the meat are so juicy and well marinated, not overly seasoned and without fats. So it's good for you who love meats, without feel any guilty after eating beef.
3. Garlic Steak 
This one is my favorite! the meat are perfectly grilled and it served right in front of the customer, and cut down with a big knife from the skewers. The meat are so big and looks quite heavy. The garlic so tasty, nicely seasoned, and medium cooked, but still so juicy and melt in my mouth. Effortless to eat, no need to chew so hard. I can eat this every day, so good, packs of nutrients and protein, good for you who are on diet.


4. Fraldinha or Churrasco Flank Steak (Outside Skirt)


This meat are totally fat free! but for me a little bit dry, not so juicy like Alcatra, but still taste good. In a way, people who love healthier stuff, should pick this one, especially if you like spicy, they give three kind of sauces,  which is good for dipping and another dipping sauces that provided on the banquet section.


5.  Beef Sausage


Oh my God, this sausage  are so good!! Big, Thick, and juicy, totally different from the rest of sausage in the supermarket which is thin and small. But this one are huge and juicy, love it so much. No need ketchup, cause the taste already the bomb!
6. Chicken Roasted This one also good, the chicken meat are juicy and the skin are crunchy, i can even hear the crackling sound.




7. Chicken Heart usually i try this part of the chicken, when i eat nasi uduk, and i probably will skip for it. But from now on, after i had in Tucanos, i had different feeling, it taste awesome. The texture still soft, a little bit chewy and nicely roasted, don't under estimate the small size, but it does really good.
Desserts : Banana Cakes, Habanada, Banana Jelly, Chocolate Cake, rice Pudding, Fruit Jelly, Jackfruit Caramel, Banana Caramel, Sweet pineapple


Banquet : Potato Fritata, Carrot Salad, Salmon Salad, Egg Salad, Chef Recommend, Chicken Heart Salad, Potato Salad, Sauteed Zuchini, Eggplant Salad, Broccoli Salad, Cauliflower Salad, Beet Salad , Sausage Salad , Seaweed Salad, Baby Potato Salad, Green Bean Salad, Onion Salad, Sauteed, Mushroom Salad with Onion, Croquette Chicken, Beef Risolli, Romaine Lettuce, Mixed Green Salad, Mushroom Salad, Cucumber Salad, Garbanzo Salad, Tomato Cherry Parmesan, Sweet Corn Salad



Sauces : Garlic Oil, Chili Oil Sauces, Barbeque Sauce, Pink Sauce (Mayonnaise, Sugar, Beet Fruit Juice, Onion Chop, Garlic Chop), Honey Mustard Sauce, Thousand Sauces
Condiments: Green Olive, Black Olive, Caprese, Raisin, Chili Flakes, Parmesan Cheese, Croutons


Stews: Brazilian Fish Stew, Brazilian Beef Stroganoff ,Red Bean Stew with, Sausage and Beef
Appetizer: Polenta, Fried Cheese Meatball, Fried Shrimp, Chicken Wing BBQ Sauce


I tried Red Wine, wow amazing! tasty and excellent, such a perfect dining in Tucanos. Who doesn't love Steak and Red Wine right, with a Brazilian music behind, very comfortable and romantic. Anyway there are a lot of, Soccer Players from Brazilian who dine in, maybe you can see them if you are lucky enough.

The director of this restaurant are Japanese, and the Head Chef are Brazilian, His name is Aldecy Bastos or usually called as Aldecy. He is very friendly person and love to laugh. Tucanos actually firstly open in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Then followed in Japan, after that in Jakarta. So it's worldwide and already have three branches. Tucanos win the best restaurant in 2019 by Indonesia Tatler.

Delicious Brazilian meats in a beautiful restaurant 🤗❤️

The buffet’s system is using 3 coloured coins you need to place (available on Pictures) to determine your appetite - Green to show that you want more meat, Yellow to show that you want some delish Pineapple slices, and Red to show that you want to pause the chef from coming (so the chef comes to you to offer different kind of meats).

The meats that are available include:
Picanha (Top Sirloin)
- Super yummy slices with meat fats! This one is definitely my favorite 💥

Alcatra (Sirloin)
- Great quality meat, but this one is without the fat. Good for you who is eating healthy.

Garlic Steak
- Marinated well and it is very juicy - melts in your mouth ❤️❤️❤️

Fraldinha (Outside Skirt)
- This one is definitely without any fats thus goes into the category of dry meats. Seasoning is awesome!

Chicken Heart
- Said to be one of the most favorites here, great to try if you liked something different and unique!

The meat comes with great choice of sauce selections - my favorite goes to the Mushroom Sauce and Salsa Sauce 😍

The waiter also goes around to offer you French Fries and Cheese Balls (SUPER NICE WITH MOIST CHEESE INSIDE, ESPECIALLY WHILST WARM 🔥)!

They also offer Salad Bar, Fried Appetizers, Mains Selections, and Dessert Corner that you can revisit as many as you want 🤗🤗🤗

They are also currently holding a promotion of Free Flow Wine with only IDR 275,000++.

Waiters and waitresses are super attentive, friendly and knowledgeable on each food. I will definitely come back to satisfy my meat cravings ✨

My boyfriend wanted to eat dinner for his birthday and he picked Tucano's Churrascaria. So here we were on a Sunday night. This was my first time ever going to Tucanos and I enjoyed the experience. We chose Black Angus all you can eat. Great Picanha (top sirloin), alcatra (sirloin), Garlic Steak, and Chicken Leg, tasted good and so tender, I swear. And of course, we were treated well. Great for celebrating too.

Makan siang disini berdua teman, sebelumnya reservasi dahulu via web. Dapat tempat duduk di pojok dan cahayanya kurang, dengan alasan sudah full, resepsionis menolak kami yang minta pindah ke meja lain dekat jendela, kenyataannya sampai acara makan selesai dua meja tetap kosong dan ada tamu lain minta pindah sama staff lain diperbolehkan. Niat ngasih rating 5 pun luntur seketika.

Saya pilih menu Premium Wagyu (558k++) pun sama halnya dengan teman saya. Ngga mengecewakan, kualitas dagingnya premium. Saya paling suka Alcatra dan picanha, daging bagian punuk yang tebal tapi super tender & juicy. Sengaja saya request ke servernya minta bagian luar yang kering dan sedikit salty, yummy. Daging lainnya pun enak, bahkan jantung ayam pun enak sekali rasanya. Tapi herannya saya ngga kalap, makan beberapa slice aja udah puas sekali saking enaknya. Sempat mencicipi grilled pineapple, rasanya eksotis karena taburan cinnamon, segar tapi saya cuma sanggup makan dua sliced karena perut sudah full.

Berdua teman sempat mencicipi salad dan sidedish lainnya, rasanya cukup enak. Dessertnya yang nampak biasa aja pun ternyata enak, saya suka rice pudding dan teman saya suka sama banana puddingnya yang lebih mirip caramel, manis sekali.
Oh ya paket yang saya pilih ini sudah termasuk minum, saya pilih lemon tea karena disini lemon tea-nya beda. Belum dikasih gula, jadi cuma terasa asam kecut aja, saya suka jadi semacam penetralisir sehabis makan daging hahaha.

Birthday treat tahun ini nyobain ke Tucano, pesta daging super enak!
Pertama kita bakal dikasih 3 coin. Coin hijau untuk free flow daging, coin kuning untuk minta pineapple, coin merah untuk stop. Jadi aturan mainnya kalau kita mau nambah daging, kita harus taruh coin hijau diatas
Setelah itu pelayan nya berdatangan nawarin berbagai jenis daging. Ada garlic steak, alcatra, chicken leg, sausage, and chicken heart.
Chicken leg nya enak banget! Luarnya crunchy dan dalem nya lembut, ga minyakan karena di roast, untuk beef sih alcatra paling enak menurut ku. So far untuk daging disni enak smua ga mengecewakn 👍🏻
Dannn yg paling favorit banyak org disini itu grilled pineapple nya, rasanya hangat sedikit asem dan manisss krn pake cinnamon.
Disini kalian juga bisa nyobain makanan lain selain daging, menunya ga begitu banyak kayak buffet lain, tp rasanya oke 👍🏻

Tucano's lokasinya di Pavilion Retail Arcade Sudirman, sebelahan dengan Hokkaido Izakaya dan memang masih satu group juga dengan Hokkaido. Tempatnya cukup besar, dengan interior modern yang didominasi kayu, membuat ambience disini menjadi sangat homey. 

 Tucano's menawarkan menu autentik Brazilian bbq atau biasa dikenal dengan Brazilian Churrasco. Konsepnya disini free flow meat, all you can eat appetizer & desserr, dan free flow drink. Ada beberapa pilihan paket yang dibedakan berdasarkan kualitas beefnya. 

 Aku pilih yang premium wagyu package (558k+), kualitas beefnya premium dan 200 day grain-fed beef. Premium wagyu package terdiri dari Garlic Steak, Picanha (top sirloin), Alcatra (sirloin), Hump (bagian punuk sapi), dan Pineapple.  

Jadi prosedur makannya nanti di setiap meja disajikan 3 koin warna merah, kuning dan hijau. Jika ingin terus free flow meat kita harus memasang koin hijau di atas tiang kecil yang sudah disediakan di meja, jika igin pineapple kita pasang koin kuning, dan koin merah jika ingin stop semuanya. Sembari menunggu free flow meat, kita bisa sambil ambil appetizer ataupun dessert di buffet sepuasnya, ada aneka salad, soup, stew beef, fried food dan dessert.  

Semua meat yang sudah digrill ala brazilian ini akan diserve dengan big skewer, lalu disajikan oleh chef di meja kita. Semuanya enak banget, so tender, juicy, dan tasty, favorit aku yang bagian hump, teksturnya agak sedikit berlemak tapi justru paling tasty. Sebagai pendamping semua meat ini ada 3 sauce khas brazilian yang membuat rasanya semakin flavorful.

Untuk menetralisir kolestrol ada pilihan pineapple yang digrill dan diberikan taburan cinnamon, enak banget ini rasanya tidak seperti nanas pada umumnya, dijamin ketagihan deh. 

Bener-bener pengalaman yang berkesan lunch di Tucano's, mulai dari tempatnya yang nyaman, cara penyajiannya beefnya yang unik, menunya yang sangat variatif, rasanya yang sangat enak dan flavorful, semuanya memuaskan, tidak ada yang mengecewakan. Servicenya juga sangat friendly dan professional. Next time pastinya aku akan balik lagi kesini.
