If you're big fans of salmon, let's go to salmon heaven at sushi masa. Honestly, compare to the 2 years ago I've visit here, it's downgrade but compare to all sushi brand at Jakarta right now, still the defending champion of sushi lol. As the kobe and special beef are sold out, so we opted for their salmon:

SPECIAL HOTATE GURATAN (110K) - grilled cooked scallop with cheese. The one and only non salmon for tonight. But definitely one of the best. Love the freshness and that cheeeese is melted so good (9/10)

SALMON ABURI SUSHI (17K) - so goood. I love all dish that has aburi on their name lol. It's so good, partially raw & grilled dayum (8/10)

SALMON BELLY ABURI SUSHI (37K) - oh yes this is must order menu!! That fatty cut salmon belly that is partially grilled on top. OMG whoever created this dish is so smart - delicious smokey and creamy flavour in one hap (10/10)

SALMON BELLY SUSHI (17K) - If you love the raw one, go for this! Yes another thick cut salmon belly, just put a little soyu and you could feel that salmon swim inside your belly (10/10)

SALMON SHIO KOMBU (20K) - black sugar inari with salmon shio kombu. Big fan of inari but they have unique flavor like apple, ocha, plum and this black sugar. Another genius idea to combine those kind of flavor, but seriously the hero of this dish is the used of salmon shio kombu on top that give interesting combination (9/10)

SALMON KABUTO MENTAI (55K) - okay this is the most simple dish with simple flavor. Not my favorite, it just not totally work with that mentai (7/10)

SALMON TATAKI (95K) - lightly roasted salmon served with teriyaki sauce thickened extra ginger. My all time favorite for the past 2 years but I find it a little bit different. It's still delicious but I didn't find that 'perfect-magic' taste anymore (9/10)

SALMON ZUKE DON (120K) - bowl of rice with marinated salmon topped with egg and salmon roe. This one is great but already tried the best one at ok*zo*o, the egg somehow ruins the flavor combination (8/10)

SPICY SALMON HANA ROLL (70K) - half boiled salmon with spicy mayo sauce. It's yum but it's served everywhere now (8/10)

Cozy place. Attentive and great service. Queue still on but not crazy like the past 2 years. Still love their salmon dish but some magic flavor is turned off so they should find it again (as I see their rating is slightly fall down)

The vibes are amazing, so green and it feels like you're in your backyard full of flowers and so instagrammable. There's two areas, non smoking area (with dim light and great for having lunch) and smoking area (brighter, feels like in greenhouse - I do sit in here as the non smoking is full and must wait for about 2 hours) but I love the outside vibes way better. The services are amazing as well, they know their product well, so attentive and helpful. Let's talk about their food:

For the starters, I ordered PORK DONUTS (70K) - 24 hr braised pork shoulder with hoisin mayo. Not my kind of starter, it's good but I do expect more bold flavor and it taste like combro if you know (Indonesian fried potato snack). But that hoisin mayo is great and add unique flavor to that crunch donuts (7/10)

From the josper grill, I  tried their BARRAMUNDI BAKAR JIMBARAN (180K) with kangkung plecing, toasted coconut serundeng and nasi gurih. I tried a little because it's superb spicy but it taste delicious. That barramundi is soft, tender and grilled perfectly. The rice taste great as well, if you're a spicy lover go for this one!! (8/10) 

For the mains, we ordered CHICKEN TERIYAKI with sauteed mushroom and teriyaki sauce (.....K): okay so the menu in here and in ismaya website is not updated yet and I do forgot the exact price of this one, but it's taste good. Not kind of chicken  teriyaki that I usually eat, it's more like chinese cuisine with veges on top (8/10)

And their must order menu - WAGYU BIBIMBAP BOWL (140K) - wagyu beef yakiniku, poached egg, ikura, nori, japanese curry. So, as it name bibimbap - you should mix the elements altogether. This is korean comfort food with japanese fusion, so they used japanese curry instead of gochujang sauce. The wagyu beef is the star of this dish and gotta say I like this one better, and yes that ikura definitely pull all of the flavors together  (10/10)
For the drinks, we ordered MOOD ENHANCER (60K); STRAWBERRY FIZZ REFRESHER (60K) consists of coconut, strawberry, aloe vera, chia seed and basil - this is my friend's order so just taste a little bit and it's fresh! Definitely not artificial one, and it's great as it cleans the palate of spicy barramundi earlier.
As for me, I ordered their original favorite are GARDEN SPECIALTEAS - there's 5 types: exotic, floral, fruity, spiced and herbal. I opted for their FLORAL (60K) - chamomile tea, french flower, lavender and dry rose bud. OMG AMAZINGGG!!! I do wonder how they could make a taste like that -- it's taste flavorful, flowerful and fruitful lol. Truly a sweet cup of tea that really pleasing and soothing my mind.  PLEASE BEWARE you couldn't refill it and it comes in a small amount (yes it's expensive but if you compare with their premium ingredients to make this tea, it's worth it!! PERFECT POINT FOR THIS TEA!! 10/10)

Bisa dibilang salah satu tempat paling pewe either buat ngobrol or kerjain tugas itu ya Lewis & Carroll. Typical clean bright and spacious place yang ambiencenya oke banget. Dari segi pelayanan no complaint, gercep dan attentive banget. Uda cobain semua dessert dia mendadak pas mau kesini balik makan dessert, mereka mengganti sederetan plated dessert dengan yang baru, dan jujur banyak yang menarik dan kekinian.

Tapi karena rencananya masi mau makan malam dan wafflenya lagi sold out jadi cobain menu HOTPLATE DESSERT (68K) consists of warm chocolate brownies, crispy crouton, cappucino sauce and vanilla ice cream. And it's tasty!! I gotta admit that they never failed me in terms of plated dessert . Konsepnya sebagian besar unik, Komposisi dan kombinasi rasanya jago, platingnya cantik dan overall tastenya amazing.

Untuk minumnya, selalu goes to my old favorite dan ini juga best seller mereka yaitu VITALITEA, lupa komponennya tapi yang jelas paling enak, ga terlalu pait dan enjoyable

Great ambience (super cozy to chit chat with friends or having meeting) and service. I appreciate and respect them for giving honest explanation regarding that mocha croissant (instead of denial) and thankyou for the free red velvet croissant 

PINA COLADA CAKE (75K): omg definitely one of the best cake I ever taste. You won't expect it, not an ordinary fruity cake. The cake itself is airy and moist. Their different layers of texture -- coconut and pineapple, in between there's pineapple jam and whipped cream (it's taste more like nastar). And there's pineapple jelly on top of the cake to add extra texture and I love it because it's not too sweet 

MOCHA NOUGAT CROISSANT (35K): first impression, omg that texture of croissant is amazing - it's crusty and golden color shell on the outside, as I open it looks soft and airy on the inside. But when I try the cream, I thought it a little bit sour as I eat it I taste it more sour, but not like a stale one. As I ask the waiter, he come back and said sorry to us - they use too much lime and rum instead of the coffee powder so they give us free red velvet croissant in return.

RED VELVET CROISSANT (35K): OMG love their donut and cake, but more love for the croissant! This red velvet is da bomb!!! I think it's slightly different from what I taste before at other branch - not too sweet compare other branch. That double cream cheese inside outside is full pack of flavor, combine perfectly with the red velvet; and I love the way they make the croissant is slight bitter to balance overall sweetness 

Yaampunnn abis makan curry ancur tadi, aku memutuskan untuk makan curry lain karena emg tujuan awalny mau makan di coco ichibanya. Jujur ini pertama kalinya aku coba and way better than the first one (rumah kari in english*). Jadi temenku itu gasuka curry jepang dan dia slalu bilang resto ini gaenak tapi hari ini dia bilang, nah ini baru enak.. Tidak bermaksud compare tapi lebih pada semoga resto yang sebelumnya sadar sih ini mereka jarak dan harga ga beda jauh tapi rasa bumi dan langit.
So, I ordered their original chicken cutlet curry (88K) with less rice (-5K), standard flavor: jadi pesen yang standard itu kayak lebih dikasi lada, instead of mild (non spicy at all) karena temenku bilang semakin pedes semakin kentel, jadi kalo mild itu cair banget. Nah emang bener sih yang standard ini masih lebih cair dari curry jepang yg biasa aku makan ditempat lain tapi flavornya enak. Dan yang menurutku paling enak adalah chicken cutlet mereka, golden brownish in color, crunchy texture and tender inside 

Kalo suka makan burger, wajib cobain five monkeys. Rada kaget sih daerah sunter ada burger yang enak tapi pas cobain BBQ BACON CHEESE BURGER (70K) incl mineral water dan french fries emang enak banget sih itu burger. Kejunya melted, bbq baconnya garing dan manis jadi kombinasi pas, dan bunsnya pun enak.

Tempatnya kalo dari lobi depan langsung keliatan sih, diujung depan gitu. Harganya lumayan, pelayanan cepat model fastfood mcd gitu, tempatnya pewe juga. Worth to try sih, tau ini dari eatandtreats juga hahaha (bener2 kamus makanan berjalan saya)

Menjadi top 10 #2019 best chinese food emang ga mudah dan kalo buatku pearl berhasil membuktikannya. Dari segi tempat lumayan cozy tapi kayak model makan di ballroom gitu, jujur pas awal masuk rada kaget kirain dipindahin khusus edisi CNY tapi ternyata emang model restonya kek gitu. Jangan berharap model instagrammable kek lifeng or hoy. Tapi kalo buatku kembali lagi yang penting cita rasa makanan tsb.

BAKED PORK RIBS with chef's special sauce (138K) - kacau, bumbunya meresap banget dan enak banget ini. Ribsnya juga super empuk yum (9/10)

CRISPY CHICKEN with mango, shredded egg and plum lime sauce (118K) - definitely my love, that crisp chicken combine with the plum sauce is perfect. Jarang bisa eksekusi plum sauce dengan enak dan pas, jadi gaterlalu asam juga ga terlalu manis enek (10/10)

YUN SHEN (499K) - nah ini menu sebenernya tidak mudah, standard semua resto dari murah ke mahal menurutku sama, nah yang membedakan fix dari racikan bumbunya. Aku uda keliling cobain banyak yun sheng tapi gabanyak yang sampe enak banget, dan menurutku PEARL salah satu resto yang yun sheng-nya ENAK BANGET. Itu gatau secret recipe bumbu mereka dewa sih, sweet-sour-nutty kind of flavor bener2 enak (10/10)

HOMEMADE SPINACH BEAN CURD with seafood served in clay pot (108K) - yes bisa dilihat di gambar ini bukan beancurd biasa tapi lebih ke spinach, jadi kalo dibuka warnanya ijo gitu, somehow lebih sehat dibandingkan tahu biasa sih, dan rasanya enak. Ditambah ada scallopnya yang juara! (9/10)

TWIN FRIED RICE with black truffle and yam (88K) - compare to what I ate di J*A, menurutku yang ini lebih balance dan leibh enak sih. Trufflenya lebih berasa tapi ga terlalu asin (8/10)

HEALTHY MUSHROOM SOUP in kung fu tea style (88K) - ini menu paling sehat yang aku pesan hari ini. Isinya cuma jamur tapi yang jadi kunci utama sih kuahnya, spice and ingredientnya bold banget, padahal biasa paling gasuka jamur di kuah gitu tapi ini ENAK (8/10)

Pelayanan oke banget, gercep and they know their product well. Penjelasan dan kata2 untuk yun shengnya juga super meyakinkan. FAV sih ini, price affordable juga compare resto lain karena ini porsinya besar dan rasanya ada
