    Guyss ada cafe lucu di barito.. namanya Tuang coffee, so i order Cappuccino and the presentation pretty good, aku suka sama latte art nya, kopi nya juga enak!! real coffee that i wanted, gak asem sih kopi nya, pas gitu anatar espresso dan milk nya.. my mood booster of the day! ambience nya juga cozy dan bisa stay lama-lama untuk spend quality time with beloved one. Ternyata ada art space nya juga didalem, selain itu available outdoor buat kamu yang smoke. Happy Day!!!

    kwetiaw ayam dengan kuah kaldu yang manis dari kecap, gurih manis. Tekstur nya lembut, dan Kenyal, dengan sayuran hijau dan daun bawang.. plus sambel. Mie nya juga lumayan enak, tipis, halus dan kenyal... dengan pangsit ayam atau pilihan lain yaitu bakso.

    ayam bumbu rujak maknyus

    Selalu suka masakan Indonesia, apalagi yang satu ini... khas dari Surabaya, nah menu yang aku pesan antara lain adalah Ayam Bakar Bumbu Rujak, Empal Penyet, Tahu Goreng.

    Ayam bakar nya lumayan nikmat, manis, bumbu nya asin, manis, gurih dan lengkap dengan timun dan sambal terasi. Digado juga enak, tapi tambah nasi putih juga mantul..

    Empal penyet nya sih B aja yah, menurut ku agak kering dan lebih enak gepuk Ny. O*g, sambel nya enak sihh, mantep, pedesss nya nampol bisa request pedes sedeng atau pedes banget.... tahu nya sih oke lah, sama kerupuk putih nyaa nambah selera makan..

    Shabu Ghin [ Senopati, Jepang ]

    Menu Baru GRILLED!! WAJIB COBA

    Good news guys, for you who love grill. it is new menu from Shabu Ghin from chicken to beef, include the banquet area. So i have the Wagyu selection for the shabu as well,

    1. Chicken Steak. This meat are so tender, juicy and well marinated in special sauces. We just need to grill it a few minutes until it is perfectly cooked, then dip it in Shabu Ghin sauces, sesame oil and chili.

    2. Karubi. very tender, juicy and melting in mouth, thin slices of beef that is easily to chew and perfectly size for grill or BBQ.

    3. Jumbo Karubialmost the same type of Karubi but bigger in size. You can see the marble, which is good cutting and great selection from the cow. Very tender, smooth and have a few fats, so it kinda chewy but still soft.

    4. Rosuit. the part of cows neck, a thick slice of beef and it was tender, and there is some part have the crunchy from the muscle.

    5. SquidVery good choice, for you who loves seafood, it is nicely grilled with secret special sauce from Shabu Ghin

    WAGYU selection

    1. WAGYU Saikoro is my favorite beef! the diced cut are perfectly bite size, to put in mouth just one time... Very nice and i really love it, even it is dipped to the special sauce from Shabu Ghin, while the manager restaurant help me to mixed the sauces, with some garlic, chili

    2. Wagyu Steak. Lovely part form the beef as well, it is big slices and i really satisfy, i can order more of this beef. Very tender, juicy and nice for the grill

    Apart from the beef, there is also some fresh vegetables, tofu, noodle for the Shabu and some selection of appetizer like Chicken, Sushi, Korean Glass Noodle, Chawan Mushi, Beef Teriyaki, Sausage. Dessert area include pudding, jelly, fresh fruits (watermelon, dragion fruits), Cincau, Es Campur.

    Beverages are provided as well which is unlimited, from hot to cold, like coffee, milo, blackcurrant, lemon tea and etc. My favorite things is, Shabu Ghin also provide a soft served ice cream from vanilla and chocolate with corn flakes.

    If you love some carbs, Shabu Ghin also serve white plain rice, and fried rice too to accompany your shabu and grilled.

    I feel so happy and satisfy with Shabu Ghin Wagyu Beef and their services are excellent! i love it so much, definetely will come back again!

    Seneng banget bisa nyobain tempat kece di Kokas, ala carte Beef yang harga nya affordable dan tempat nya cukup strategis karena di mall dan pelayanan nya friendly.. nih dia menu yang aku pesen:

    1. Three Kingdom noodle
    2. Hanging US Beef
    4. Enoki Beef
    5. Importef Marinated US Beef
    6. Set A (hanging US BEEF, sliced beef, chikuwa, mixed vegetables, homemade chicken ball, fish ball)
    7. Special wonton

    Beef nya lembut banget guys, melting dimulurlt, juicy, dan aku paling suka hanging US beef nay di grilled dari pada di rebus shabu shabu, karena ada smoky flavor, wangi dan rasanya gurih. Dicampur dengan special mixture sauces yang ada 10 macam saus. Antara lain yaitu Fried Garlic, Thailand Sauces, Minced Garlic, Japanese Yakiniku Sauce, Minced Corriander Sauces, Minced Leek, Sesame Sauce, Minced Chili dan Sesame Oil.. Perpaduan saus ini juara banget, rasanya medok tapi ga eneg dan aftertaste nya clean dimulut dan ada rasa manis, asin, gurih, cocok untuk cocolan beef yang di rebus atau panggang.

    Kuah nya ada 3 pilihan yaitu Mala yang pedes. Tom Yum dan soto yang cocok kalau kamu gak suka makanan pedas.
