It's Bobba Time! Good news buat kamu Gulu Gulu lovers yang udah penasaran dan pengen banget nyobain brown slurppy bobba, sekarang sudah hadir di Grand Indonesia. Yuk Buruan Mamppir dan nikmati serunya slurppy series yang paling hype di Taiwan.

Brown Slurppy Bobba with Cheese
menurut aku ini sih dahsyat ya enak nya, bobba nya tuh kenyal, empuk dan gak keras kayak bubble lain pada umumnya yang kebanyakan tapioca pearl. Soalnya mereka keep bobba nya di rice cooker, jadi tetap hangat dan empuk pastinya. Manis dari brown sugar nya pas, dan dikombinasikan sama cheese nya itu bikin hati jadi meleleh. Dari yang cemberut, jadi senyum sumringah deh! Diatasnya di tabur lagi sama cheese powder, pas disajikan gelas nya terasa hangat, tapi setelah di shake dingin juga dari es batu nya, dan supaya manis dan cheese nya menyatu.

Buat kalian penggemar Matcha, ini wajib banget dicoba karena dibuat dari bubuk teh hijau pilihan dan yang pasti bikin kamu happy seharian. Matcha sih ga semanis Brown Slurppy yah, jadi masih oke sih buat orang yang gak suka manis banget.

Well i'm ended up at Alfred :)  At the first place of this restaurant i feel so amazed, the interior feels so luxury, chic and modern. Their waitress are so friendly and good services. So me and my friend order from appetizer, main course, dessert and drink. All the food and drink are nicely presented and well prepared.

1. House Special Spicy Side Chicks (75 k)

It's a crispy Chicken wings with sweet and tangy Asian chili glaze. Oh my, this chicken wings are so good! They well marinated with spices and the meat still juicy, while the skin are soft and the sauces are finger licking good.

2. Sirloin Bowl ( 115 K )

Garlic Buttered rice with Truffled Australian Sirloin Steak, Sous Vide Egg and Mesclum  Salad.  I am so speechless with this rice bowl, so delicious, the rice are so fragrant with herbs and a lot of butter! The beef are so tender, juicy and still easy to chew. While the sous vide egg are so on point, the egg are so fresh by looking the egg yolk color are so  orange and it is jiggly. The salad are so fresh and i am so happy with this main course.

3. Ultimate Truffle ( 125 K )

It's the highlight main course of the day! 120 gram Australian prime beef patty Le Enrecóte beurre blanc sauce, cheedar cheese, Alfred sweet Chili Aioli, Mesclun.  Oh Man, the patties are so juicy, soft and tender. While the onion are crispy, sweet and delicious. Fantastic combination from the buns, beef patties, cheese, onion, lettuce and sweet chili sauce. Hmm... i am speechless. Go try yourself and thank me later.

4. Martabak Fluffy Hotcakes  ( 95 K )

Airy-cloud like-pancake  served with chocolate sprinkles, grated parmesan, condensed milk, roasted sesame seeds, Brookfarm vanilla ice cream, Vanilla Milk Sauce. Oh my God, i am so in love with this beautiful dessert, not only pretty to be seen, but it taste so delicious. The pancake are so fluffy, super soft and airy, feels like cloud and it melts right away! No effort to chew. Anyway the chocolate sprinkle, cheese, ice cream and the vanilla sauce are the bomb, the ultimate combination! LOVELY! i will come back again to Alfred just for this special dessert!

5. Batavia Detox Latte ( 55 K )

I like this drink, simply made me fly and relax at the same time. It's made from coffee, honey, charcoal and milk. Super duper in love with this drink.

6. Lychee Cooler ( 55 K)

So refreshing and quench my thirst! Love how it served with the yakult, so the bottle stuck into the straws and i have to squeeze it and pour it into the drink. What a great combination from sour, sweet and tangy. Yummy!

7. Mocha ( 55 K )

Lovely drink made from coffee and a hints of Hershey Chocolate. Cold drink with a beautiful cups and made my day so bright and happy at the same time. Chocolate so strong, bold and on point. What a great combination of coffee and chocolate, simply adorable.

abis nonton drama korea, jadi pengen makanan ala korea, dan pas lagi ke CL, jadi deh makan di Mujiage yang tempatnya nyaman. Harga nya juga pas di kantong, dan yang terpenting rasa makanan nya enak, terjaga kualitas dan konsisten. Pelayanan nya juga ramah, dan tanggap. Menu yang aku pesen itu itu namanya paket dosirak 1, isinya ayam goreng korea original + sup oden + ice sweet jasmine green tea. Soup nya gurih banget, dan gojuchang nya wangi, enak. Ayam nya crunchy dan gak terlalu berminyak gengs. Oden nya juga enak, empuk dan soup nya itu daebak deh. Puas kenyang banget, dan yang pastinya jadi happy.

Lemon Cheesecake
ini yummy bgt guys, creamy, lembut cheese nya.. dan based tart nya gurih deh. kalau orang pastry bilang crumbled abis. Wangi lemon nya juga fresh dan ga eneg.

Mixed Fruits Tartlette
my favorite lho! liat deh topping buah-buah nya itu full banget, ada kiwi, peach, anggur, strawberry terus dikasih glazed jelly, jadi shiny ya. Dibawah buah nya itu ada custard yang lembut dan creamy. Suka sih, karena sama tart nya cocok. Kombinasi asam dan manis nya pas.

Macarons
Ada banyak Flavor, mulai dari blackberry, lemon, green tea. ukuran nya itu lumayan gede dibanding toko lain, jadi lumayan puas dan gak bikin kecewa. Soal rasa lumayan enak sih, gak kalah sama Paris. Karena setau aku buat macarons juga gak gampang lho gengs.

Blueberry Royal Pie
ini favorit aku juga, mirip croissant tapi bagian bawah nya itu pie gitu. Lumayan unik sih rasanya, fan fresh banget blueberry nya. Cocok dimakan pas nge-teh cantik a.k.a High Tea.

Milk Tea with Coffee Jelly

eank, seger, tapi agak kemanisan dikit. mungkin next time bisa minta less sweet. Lagi promo gengs buy 1 get 1 free, gratisan nya bisa dengan harga yang sama atau harga dibawah nya.

rasa nya mirip sama yang milk tea coffee jelly, tapi yang bedain ini pake cincau. Enak sih seger.

Pisang Bollen mixed rasa dalam satu kotak, afa coklat.l, keju dan original. Kulit pastry nya lembut dan harum. Pisang nya juga empuk ga keras. Filling keju dan coklat nya generous, gak pelit.

Es Krim Vanilla dan coklat, sejak SMP sering makan ayam A&W, tapi kebetulan udah lunch jadi makan cemilan aja yang light. Es krim nya creamy dan manis nya pas

Nyoba es krim rasa Matcha nya asli green tea. Cookie dough nya juga enak, warna biru unik banget, ada potongan cookies nya. Smores nya juga enak banget,, creamy dan lezat.

Suasan nya juga cozy, banyak pohon-pohon, wifi nya kenceng, dan ac nya dingin pol. Bisa tambah topping juga , kalau mau pake cone cuma tambah 8rb saja
