    Tiger Roll rasa coklat dan Pandan, biasa aku beli yang slices buat sarapan pagi atau cemilan gitu, ternyata ada ukuran gede nya yang seloyang, lumayan bisa sharing atau buat kasih orang bagus juga. Teksturnya itu lembut banget, beda dari kue bolu gulung yang lain nya, karena pattern nya yang mirip tiger, lumayan eggy tapi wangiiiii deh... yummyy

    my favorite cheesecake in mini size, cake nya lembut, wangi keju.. beuatiful golden brown, aku paling suka yang original di antara flavor lain seperti green tea, chocolate.. selain yang mini size ada juga yang ukuran besar, cocok untuk birthday atau occasion lain seperti baby shower, bridal shower, etc

    Koiyaki [ Tebet, Es Krim ]

    New Flavor: Royal Milk Tea with Golden Brown

    Ada menu baru dari KOIYAKI namanya Royal Milk Tea with Golden Brown. The ice cream flavor are milk tea, but fortunately i can switch the flavor into green tea as my favorite flavor. The matcha are quite strong, rich, creamy and not that sweet as other green tea ice cream, there's a hint of bitter taste, but i like it, as matcha used to be a tea, it's a good sign, that the matcha actually are high grade and FYI, green tea are good for your health especially skin, that's why Japanese are looks young and healthy. The bobba actually taste okay, chewy, but not too mushy.  Nicely paired with the soft serve ice cream. Well done Koiyaki.

    Tokyo Skipjack [ Blok M, Jepang,Barat ]

    Disappointed

    As my friend recommended this restaurant, so it goes to my wish list and i give a chance to try it. So me any my friend had early dinner at Tokyo Skipjack. We both try beef, i ate NZ Striploin with Japanese Chimichurri sauces and my friend had Beef  Teriyaki Set.



    1. NZ Prime Steer Striploin 200 gram


    i tried this menu as the waiter 's recommended, and i order to be medium instead of medium rare (as shown from the picture, the meat are bit too raw). And i pick the Japanese Chimichurri Sauces, over other option, because i think it's unique and i never try it. I use to pick BBQ sauce for the save option, but this time, i give it a try. This meal come with two side dishes, i pick french fries and corn batayaki. As the waiting are quite long, i wish it suppose to be delicious and i think when i came, the restaurant are not that crowded. When the steak come, i pretty excited to try it, to be honest it's kinda though and stiff to be cut with the knife and it's overcooked, dry and not juicy at all, too many fats on the sides of the meat. Maybe i was over expected this steak to be delicious. I was disappointed and the stone are not hot, as it supposed to be sizzling. The Japanese Chimichurri sauces are not my best option, i rather pick BBQ sauces for my sake next time. Maybe their quality are change and need an improvement. I'm sorry if i had to say this, because i tried steak which taste much better and their waiter are trained well and have a good attitude, not like Tokyo Skipjack that keep starring at me while i'm trying to chew the stiff meat, and i dont feel comfortable enough.
    2. Beef Teriyaki Set

    This one looks so appealing at the first sight, this set come with a steamed rice, miso soup, beef teriyaki and fresh salad. Rice are okay, fluffy and close enough to Japanese Rice, but then same with the steak. The meat are so hard and some part got so many fats!!! The teriyaki sauces are way too salty. The miso soup also very salty, the good thing about this set are the salad, fresh, sour and sweet.

    Conversations Over Coffee (COC) [ Muara Karang, Kafe ]

    Hot Cappuccino

    Me time di Sabtu sore bersama COC, jadi aku order Cappuccino, dan it turns out pretty good. I finish it less than 5 minutes, no sugar. Just coffee and beautiful art latte. Next time i would like to try their brunch menu, quite interesting.

    Iced Coffee Baileys with Jelly... ini baru nyoba, dan ternyata lumayan enak.. es kopi susu dengan tambahan Baileys... Rasanya enak, tapi sayang agak kemanisan dikit.. lebih mantap tambah jelly yang kenyal, lembut dan manis.. my mood booster of the day!! lain kali mau nyoba yang bobba nya, kelihatan menarik sih.. hehehehe...

    Bakpau Tausa

    Buat sarapan enak banget nih, bakpao isi tausa atau kacang hitam.. pasta black beans, nya lembut, manis. Cocok untuk kamu yang suka sarapan ringan selain nasi atau bakmie, dan buat yang vegan atau non vegan ini bisa jadi pilihan yang tepat. Tekstur bakpau nya lembut dan padat, yang pasti bikin kenyang.

    Thai Jim Jum [ Pluit, Thailand ]

    The Best "Gai Pad Mei Mamuang"

    Dinner with Family, so we miss Thai Food when we had a trip in BKK last New Year Eve, located in Emporium Pluit, on the 4th floor.
    1. Kai Ho Bai Toey ( Pandan Chicken )

    it's a fried chicken wrapped in Pandan leaves, taste okay, but somehow inside of the chicken got some fats, and the sauces are too sweet! i rather pick a spicier sauces. The chicken itself already taste good, but the sauces not really matched with it.
    2. Tom Yum Seafood ( Sour and sweet Authentic Thai Soup Cooked with Shrimp )

    this one actually taste pretty good, sour and the seafood are fresh, the shrimp, clams, mushroom, chicken. Served hot in a big hot pot. So be careful the soup are very hot. The shrimp are quite big, fresh and sweet.



    3. Gai Pad Mei Mamuang ( Stir fry Chicken with cashew nuts )

    This one is my favorite dishes among all, the chicken are tender, juicy and well seasoned, glazed with brown sweet sauces and fried cashew nuts. Served in an edible bowl made from deep fried noodle that is shape like a bowl.



    4. Fried Crab Cakes

    appetizer made from crab and it's deep fried paired with sweet and sour sauces. This is taste quite good as itself for snacking or eaten with rice.
    5. Manciam ( Thai Stew Cassava with Coconut Sauces )

    Sweet delicate cassava dessert with coconut sauces. The Cassava are soft, but not mushy, drizzle with thick creamy coconut sauces that taste sweet, savory. It's such a wrap for a perfect Thai Dinner.
    Overall the taste are almost close enough when we had in Bangkok abput 7/10, but too bad their services a bit slow and need to improve the waiter's attitude

    rice bowl kekinian dengan daging ayam yang berbalut egg salted creamy sauces. Daging ayam nya juicy, tender, dan bumbu nya meresap ke daging nya... Nasi nya pas, gak kebanyakan, gak kedikitan... plus ada telor goreng nya.. ada daun jeruk nipis nya juga, saus nya ga bikin eneg dan after taste nya masih oke..
